I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Family Sisters Cleaning left me so frustrated that I had to say something. I booked a full home cleaning expecting professional work and attention to detail but what I got was careless, sloppy, and disappointing from start to finish.

The team showed up nearly an hour late without even a text or call to explain. When they arrived, they rushed through every room like they were in a race. My kitchen counters were still sticky, mirrors had streaks, and corners were left dusty. It was clear they didn’t take the time to do a proper job.

To make matters worse, when I tried calling the company afterward to request a follow-up cleaning, no one answered or returned my message. That lack of communication really added to the frustration. I paid for a “deep clean,” but ended up spending my own evening redoing most of it myself.

For the price they charge, I expected reliability, professionalism, and a clean home — not excuses and unfinished work. I would strongly suggest they improve their time management, quality checks, and basic customer service before calling themselves a professional cleaning company.
