Our go to cleaning service for our businesses in Boston. I’ve used many cleaning companies in Boston and Jean, Marlee and their teams are the best. I worked with them 10 years ago when they started and just recently over the past year was lucky to reconnect and have them service our businesses on Newbury St in Boston. Trustworthy, reliable, attentive and caring goes along with the attention to detail in their work.

Great people, great cleaning!

These people are extremely rude!!!! Poor customer service. Do not use them!!!!!!!!

Jean is fantastic and answers all questions in a timely manor. They are flexible and accommodate unorthodox cleaning times to ensure they do not disrupt our business

Our medical office hired two other floor cleaners. The first one lied (yes, crazy but true), but because they had done a decent job, I hired them again -- big mistake the second time, because it almost looked like they hadn't cleaned at all, with them arguing that they had stripped and buffed although the VCT floors were brown with dirt. The second company damaged my walls with their machines and although they waxed, they didn't bother to buff out the brown ground-in dirt. They also slopped the wax all over, onto floors that were NOT supposed to be waxed, and never bothered to at least clean off the hair and dust, so they ended up sealing in wax and dirt. Enter Boston Quality Cleaning Services, which I found on Craigslist, of all places, because I was desperate. From the first contact to the end of the job, every interaction was amazing and most importantly -- our clinic floors are INCREDIBLE. I was literally desperate and thinking that I'd have to retile it all -- but BQCS cleaned the floors to the point where they look LIKE NEW. And they are reasonably priced, charging the same as their competitors but with MUCH better service! In fact, the owner and cleaning team lead both personally stopped by to ensure that our needs were met, and that I'd be getting the job done the way I wanted it. I'm sticking with BQCS!

We are happy to say that Juliana that works for Boston Quality Cleaning Services, Inc cleaned our office over the weekend and it looks impeccable. We arrived to work on Monday to a sparkling clean office. Thank you Juliana, Vania, Evaldo and Jean for your amazing work.

Used them for the Liquor Store I manage. The floors were amazing. Stripped and cleaned and polished. They did interior and exterior windows. Complete transformations and my customers noticed it right away. Will always use their services. Highly recommended!

Fabulous service. I would highly recommend her company and her staff to anyone. Very professional, consistent staff that do a great job on my floors /home and are also lovely to my dogs. Have had her service for 3 years and no regrets. I don't usually do reviews- this female owned/operated business deserves acknowledgement for the positive service and great communication that she gives her customers!!

Our company has been using Boston Quality Cleaning Services, Inc. since August of 2017 when we relocated from another city. They are willing to do whatever you want. They always go above and beyond. We have been extremely happy with the services we have received.

Boston Quality Cleaning Services has provided excellent service for Cataldo Ambulance Service. They maintain two office buildings for us with weekly cleanings. The staff is very professional and attentive to detail. They are willing to accommodate any special requests. Jean is responsive to any issues that may arise and has been willing to provide any special services, (i.e. deep carpet cleanings, window washing, etc.). We are very pleased with their service.

We've been using Boston Quality Cleaning Services since 2007. They have always been responsive and affordable. We moved offices in 2015, and we added their snow removal services. It's great using vendors you can rely upon to do a great job.

I have had the pleasure of coordinating with Boston Quality Cleaning Services for the past 4 months, and have nothing but positive reviews. Every question and every building need we have had has been tended to
in a prompt and professional manner since we began working with them. I would highly recommend this service.

I serve as a Trustee for a condo that has a contract with BQC for trash removal, cleaning of common areas and snow removal. All services are great and the owner (Jean) is very responsive, honest, hard working and great at communicating with us - even during difficult times when our condo changed management companies. Highly recommended!

I used Boston Quality Cleaning Services, Inc. when I needed a cleaning company on an as-needed basis for my work. We have construction jobs all over the Boston & New England area and often rent offices or have trailers for management to work out of during the duration of the job, which is usually bridges or roadwork. Boston Quality was excellent to deal with, even during issues on OUR end with our door locking system. They were always able to fit me in, even with short notice and we were very happy with services provided. I will be using them for any offices or trailers that I need cleaned on upcoming jobs in the area. They come out to give free estimates and are on time & professional. They worked with our invoicing system and communicate quickly and efficiently via email. Couldn't recommend them more!

Boston Quality has impeccable communication, which we find incredibly important to our unique cleaning needs. Their responses are prompt, friendly, considerate and fair. This can only be topped by their remarkable attention to detail and their cleaning services. We have a very tricky property to clean (many lever and odd access hours) and they have managed to let me forget that I have ever had an issue with onsite cleaning. I strongly recommend that you consider them for your services. You will not be disappointed in their professionalism as well as their skills. Bravo.

adding here, one more year of incredible service! Thank you Boston Quality Cleaning!

I've used Boston Quality Cleaning for 10 years for my business and they have consistently delivered amazing service and impeccable cleaning! Arriving to the dance studio on cleaning day is my favorite day of the week due to their quality work! Always willing to accommodate extra cleanings when we need them for special events as well! Highly recommend!
