We had a stone wall and a walkway that was in rough shape. We needed a new wall, new steps, and a new walkway. We spoke with and got quotes from a number of different companies. D4 came out and spent a good amount of time with us talking through the process and the options. They seemed to be one of the few companies that brought up some really key points (such as proper drainage, sloping, etc...). This made them stand out and we decided to work with them. They were extremely patient as my wife and I worked through a number of small changes/updates. I was amazed when I saw the true skill and care that was taken with every single stone that went into the rock wall. We watched from the window these talented Masons/artists carefully shaped each and every stone to ensure a perfect look and fit. They made sure to take into account not just shape, but color and size as well. It was a true work of art. When we commented that there was a bit more red in the walkway than we were hoping, the owner without pause said "You need to live with this every day and be happy" and asked his team to pull out many of the red stones that were already down and replace them with more gray which is what we were hoping for. I knew at that point; this is the type of company that I want to do business with. More impressive than just the work on the wall and walkway, was the careful care they took to clean up. They added loam and seed where there was none, they patched any bit of driveway that may have now been exposed due to the demolition of the old wall and they spent a considerable amount of time, sweeping, blowing, and cleaning up after themselves. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the results as well as the interaction and professionalism of D4. The pictures speak for themselves, but interaction and follow-through make them a diamond in the rough. Would highly recommend their services (which we already have to friends, neighbors, and family).

We contacted D4 about repairing our retaining wall, installing a seating wall, patio and fire pit as well as rework a front slope area that had a rotting wood retaining wall. Jack was quick to come out, listened to our ideas while offering his own, and addressed our concerns about a very challenging project. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Jack, Jay, and the hardscape and patio teams were incredible to work with. They answered all of our questions as the project went along and clearly cared about the work they were doing. We absolutely love the back patio – it's been totally transformed into a space we want to be in now, and we're excited to see all of the plants bloom in both the back patio area and in the front. We can't thank them enough and we wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

D4 Landscaping did a fantastic job last fall on two stone retaining walls, granite stairs and walkway. Jack was really easy to work with and very accommodating and his team was too! My wife and I really love the look of our house now. Plus we've received several rave reviews from our neighbors and family. We would highly recommend them.

Great experience with D4. We were able to easily schedule an appointment for a patio / walkway consult. Jack arrived within the scheduled time frame and was very easy to talk to. As we were talking he was already taking measurements and sketching out plans. In less than 24 hours we received our estimate. A month later his team was on site and started working. We were told 4-5 days, they were done in 3 1/2 and did a beautiful job. We're excited to enjoy our new patio this summer. Will definitely contact again for more work!

Craftsmanship, professionalism, attention to detail are alive and well in 2025 if the form of Jay and his team at D$. We had them replace our front walk and a side wall and truly the final result was even better than we imagined. Moreover, Jay was attentive each day, checking in with me to let them know what the plan for the day was and whether i had any concerns. D4 is simply outstanding in every way and you will not be disappointed hiring them for any job!

I’m extremely happy with the project D4 completed at my house. I cannot say enough good things about Jay, Jack and their crew. They went above and beyond to make sure my patio came out perfect. They made recommendations which enhanced the project, they showed up early everyday, they are extremely honest, respectful, nice, hard working, fair, etc. I’m so pleased with them that I wish D4 did general construction, electrical work, plumbing, well, irrigation, etc. I’d hire them for all of my projects. I already have another masonry project I plan to use them for. I’ve already recommended them to my friends and neighbors. You are in good hands with D4 and will be VERY happy with their work

The D4 Landscaping crew did a great job!!! They worked long days and fixed our walkway problem and installed beautiful steps to our front door. Everything was done to the highest standard. We are very pleased.

D4 has always done great work for us. We recently needed a lot of big green giant arborvitae trees in a small space and they were able to deliver, install and grade/landscape the whole 60-foot area in a little more than a day.

The job looks amazing and it’s exactly what we wanted. Leo and his crew did an awesome job.

Communication with them is great, and their quote was most reasonable for what we needed.

We always will recommend D4 when we get the chance, and will be using them more as our new projects pop up.

Josh and his company are top notch- very knowledgeable, friendly, great build quality and they were able to work around our crazy neighbors schedule :) Highly recommend!

Incredible company and craftsmanship! We run a martial arts school and they built us a half wall so strong people can run up and jump off it :) they did our entire build out, great value, honest workers and they were able to accommodate all our wierd requirements. I would give six stars if I could!

I had the pleasure to witness the amazing job performed by Josh and his team at their last project in Millville, a complete remodeling, new kitchen with granite and recessed lighting, new baths, etc. Now this town has a nice house and soon a lucky buyer will have a beautiful home. Great job!

Josh and his crew just built a beautiful new front porch and back deck on our house. We have nothing but good things to say! Josh was priced fairly, easy to work with, communication was excellent, and his craftsmanship and attention to detail was amazing. Overall, he was a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend him!

Johnson Construction & Remodeling helped us build the large deck of our dreams. Josh, the owner carefully listened to our requests and immediately visualized the concept that we were looking for. He gave us detailed blueprints and help us understand exactly the scope of the project. The final product was exactly as he designed and what we dreamed for. The new deck has become an extension of our house and a place where we spend a lot of family time during the nice weather.
