Top Notch is the only place I’d go for my Central Air Service! Recently had them in and they fixed my issue in no time. Super friendly and knowledgeable.

Quick and prompt service. Phil and his assistant Kevin quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue. They were responsive to my questions and concerns and did a great job cleaning up after.

We are extremely happy with our experience with Top Notch HVAC! We have a baby and our heat stopped working all of a sudden… we worked with Kim and Dan and they prioritized getting someone out to us ASAP. Vinny showed up for a few hours and was able to fix our issue and helped us make our home comfortable. Very grateful for Vinny and team.

The technician was friendly , professional and thorough. He checked the outside unit and went up to our very hot, cramped attic to ensure the central air system was working properly. He even changed the filters in the vents. Nice work.

Showed up on time. The technician was knowledgeable and efficient. Answered all of my questions and was very courteous.

Aidan and Kevin were very professional and did a great job of explaining what they were doing to repair our attic a/c unit. Unfortunately for them, the temperature was around 120 degrees up in the attic and the space was very tight, but they still fixed the unit and corrected the faulty installation that had been done 5 years ago by a different company. We’re very happy with Top Notch!

Was on a maintenance plan with Top Notch. After checking over my 3 AC units this spring, they said one was "bone dry" and needed to be replaced. After weeks, I got a quote of almost 12K. Was given the option of a heat pump for less $ after rebates. I decided to get a second opinion. Turns out the disconnect valve was on upside down and there was nothing wrong with the unit. Kim (very nice) said there was a "miscommunication" and the unit was very low but it should still be replaced. Got a third opinion. The unit is perfectly fine and in great shape. FINALLY got a call from Pete who wanted to discuss the tech's original findings. Nope - too late. Cancelled my maintenance plan. If they say you need something, it's worth getting a second opinion (which may be a good idea no matter who is telling you that you need something).

I never thought I'd say the words "Man, that's a good-looking boiler system", but thanks to Phil and Travis from Top Notch, I'm saying it. They took my old rat's nest of pipes and wires and a rusting, clunking boiler and installed this new high-efficiency one. Everything is logically laid out, isolatable, and clearly labeled. I finally feel like I somewhat understand my boiler system.

Phil and Travis were two of the nicest, most professional guys you could ask for -- knowledgeable and patient in answering all my questions.
