Felt more like a good friend coming to help rather than a big buisness trying to scam as much money as possible from me like companies I've used before... Very professional and knowledgeable staff, came in and explained everything with more detail than I've ever been told before and got right to work... Efficient and clean... Handled all my belonging with care and took the time to cover everything before beginning demolition... highly recommend!!!

We had a canister of foam sealant explode. The orange foam covered our hard wood floors. Servpro were professionals from start to finish. The quality of the work was excellent.

Servpro Medford handled a mold and staining problem on the plywood sheathing inside our attic. The team of Eddie and Primo arrived exactly on time, set up their equipment and worked diligently to clean and treat all the affected surfaces. Their work was thorough and professional with careful attention to our rooms and furniture. The facility manager, Paul, checked in each day to assure that all work was done to our satisfaction, and again when the project was complete. Based on this experience, we were very satisfied with the service provided by Servpro Medford and would recommend them to anyone needing remedial services.

We were very pleased with the mitigation work in our home.
John arrived on time to measure for the drying equipment installation. He was very thorough explaining the process.
When the wet insulation was removed as well as the affected area, John and Steven worked in a neat and orderly way.
They did a good job of cleaning up. Would definitely use them for future needs.

During the recent heavy wind and rain storm, our roof sustained partial damage and leak in the roof. the water quickly collected in the ceiling soaking the batt insulation resulting in partial ceiling collapse in the living room
we came home from an out of town trip to a pile of sheet rock on the floor and a heavy stench and mold and that rendered the home un-habitable
Serve pro was tasked with patching the roof, removing the rubble, removing the mold , cleaning and substantially improving the air quality in the whole house.
Servpro stepped up to the task and knew exactly what to do and
they did it on time and in order.
Servepro deployed several teams to do the job (it was surgical!)
all of them from top to bottom were extremely professional
Kudos to all of them
