Friendly, amazingly knowledgeable and was at my home within an hour of calling him because of a no heat issue early on a Saturday morning. Diagnosed the issue immediately and had the replacement parts in his truck. Heat was back on in less than an hour (circulation pump replacement). Highly recommended.

I recently had my 75-gallon gas water heater replaced, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.
Petros Floros and team were professional, punctual, and clearly knowledgeable. They walked me through the process, answered questions thoroughly, and completed the installation efficiently with minimal disruption. The work was clean, well-organized, and met all expectations for a proper installation, including attention to safety and code requirements.
I was most pleased by the use of text messaging and sharing photos of the potential work site. This helped Mr. Floros prepare an accurate price estimate for the work and ensure there would be no problems or delays in installing the hot water heater.
