I’ve called on Walter a few times over the years and he has always come through for me. He’s old school and climbs the trees and drops limbs carefully. Many other guys I talked to wanted to hire a crane and use a bunch of expensive equipment.

We were in a bit of a pinch as we had been trying to have a few very large shrubs removed prior to our home being resided, but everyone we called was booked out 6-8weeks. On the day of our residing, we decided to give it another go and try a few more local Melrose businesses so we called Lieberman Tree Service. Walter answered the phone and promptly came over to check out the job.

Due to some weather rescheduling Walter, and his son Joe, were able to come out and help us *same day* to remove these eyesores that will also allow for our aiding to be out on more easily.

While we don’t have any other large trees on property, would highly recommend Lieberman Tree Service for all your tree needs, even if there is a wait! We had the chance to chat with the guys after removal and they were both incredibly knowledge, and tuned in to the Melrose tree codes (fun fact, that tree on our sidewalk is city property!).

Overall an incredibly trustworthy, high quality business who provided amazing service at great price.

Not only is Walt a truly kind gentleman, but his work is worthy of 5+ stars. Price was very fair, cleanup work was fantastic, and they made a brutally complex job look easy. Liability & workers comp as well. Liebermann wasn't the first tree service I called, but they were certainly the last - you won't regret hiring them!

Walter was cutting the neighbor's trees when I stopped over to ask if they might spare some logs for outdoor firewood. He and his son (and their crew) were happy to send some over the fence for us! Very nice guys and they did a terrific job with the take down and clean-up of the trees next-door. It almost made me wish I had some trees on my property for them to cut!

Walt Lieberman and his boys are wonderful! We had a tree hit by lightning fall over! Walt came that very day, gave a very fair estimate and arrived a few days later on time! In less than 3.5 hours the tree was gone and everything was cleaned as though they were never here! Amazing, professional, great group of guys to work with! Don’t hesitate to call these awesome tree guys!

Great execution, service and value, I called Liebermann Tree service to remove 6 trees and apply his discretion on trimming a large maple over my pool and birch tree in my front yard. My maple and birth look great, no more mess in my pool or limbs over electrical wires and roof. Yard is clean and crew professional throughout, all for a reasonable price. Definitely recommend and call him for any future tree work.

Walter and his team were great to work with. They helped take down three dead trees, remove a dying one and trim a very large and very tall tree that was encroaching on my home. They worked diligently and very tidily (you'd have no idea tree work was done that day). Would definitely recommend them and will be calling on them again in the future

I have Walter and his crews to trim off some tree branches for trees on my side and on my neighbor's side today. They are very professional and did a great job. The charge is very reasonable.
