David’s heating and cooling is the BEST! I have been a customer for 25 years. I have lived in 3 locations and they are the only ones I trust to address heating and cooling issues. In each location they have been polite, willing to answer questions, and they left my home even cleaner than it was!!!! They have installed a boiler heating system, and 2 heating & cooling systems for me. In all 3 cases they replaced very old systems. Many of my neighbors have used them as well. There have been no complaints. And their prices were competitive, often thousands of dollars less! The estimate included great name brands. They also will maintain your systems with yearly maintenance checks.

During our maintenance check they found a few issues with the system and were able to fix them on site! One piece they needed to order and came back the next day to repair. Loved working with Tim. When I first called on a Thursday, with a non-functional ductless AC, we scheduled an appointment for the next week. Turned out that he made the effort to come by the next day to help out. Old AC was dead and we made another appt to install a new heating/cooling unit which was complete just in time for the impending heat wave. Through the entire process, Tim was very professional and responsive, and did and a great job explaining what was going on to someone who knows nothing about Air Conditioners (i.e. Me!). Very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend!

It took me too long to write this review. I was likely one of the first clients of Modern Temperature Control. We went over our options and and after doing a lot (I mean A LOT) of research, we went with a ductless mini-split system for a few rooms. Fast forward a couple of years later and I call back to have the rest of my home done. We walked through everything. We're talking room size, pricing, placement for efficient air distribution - the works. So why MTC over others? I got a bunch of quotes and MTC was the one I went with because you can see the team really loves what they do. They're excited about what they do and want to make sure you get what you are looking for They follow up to assure everything is working. I couldn't recommend them more.

Tim is a true professional and a knowledgeable pro. His company may be newer but he's been in the HVAC business for a long time. He saved us a ton of money by giving us a true and honest diagnosis of the issue with our central air and completed the job in under an hour.
