I used Curt and the people at Prestige to install a new high efficiency heating system in my home. First I their estimate I thought was very competitive. I was so impressed with their quality of work and speed, everything was all done in one day. What really impressed me was that after everything was installed and I paid them, I had one small issue and the level of customer service I received was top notch. Its good to know I went with a company that treats their customers how they should. Most people once they have been paid just ignore you, but not Curt and the people at Prestige. If your looking for any type of Heating and Cooling work done you will not be disappointed.

Hired Prestige Heating and Cooling for a new furnace and ac. Absolute great company to work with. From Curt, the owner to Ginelle,the office manager and entire crew did an outstanding job. We were very impressed through the entire process. They even had to deal with a snow storm on installation day. Finished it all in one day. We had a small problem but it was rectified quickly and even the owner Curt came over and resolved the problem himself. That was a nice touch. I highly recommend Prestige Heating and Cooling.

I just wanted to let you know that the service provided by Chris and his team was outstanding. Ginelle was a great help as well. Everyone was courteous and professional. They cleaned up whatever mess was made and they worked well together as a team. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing service. Total conversion from natural gas to electric pump (one pump, plus 2 air handlers through existing ducts). Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and careful--from the original estimator/salesperson Curt through the installers, Chris the project manager and Ethan and Marshall, to the office manager Ginelle. Chris, Ethan, and Marshall were here for 3 days, very careful and accommodating throughout; Chris gave us great advice about using our new system and followed up quickly with one additional part after the main install. We're really pleased with the new system, and it was a good price, too--thanks to everyone at Prestige!

We were very happy with Prestige Heating and Cooling. They had very reasonable pricing for a new Ductless heating install and Chris and his crew were very professional, on time, and worked very diligently and efficiently to finish the job in 3 & 1/2 days. Once the job was completed, Chris took the time to walk us through operating the mini-splits units and was more than willing to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend them for any heating and cooling needs!

I just had my old AC unit replaced with a heat pump/ AC condenser and air handler. The price was better than three other bidders, the ran a clean job site, replaced all of the returns to the unit for the original quoted price, and gave me a good run through of how to use the new thermostat they installed.

We used Prestige Heating And Cooling for our mini-split heat pump installation. Since the initial inquiry, they have been extremely professional and very responsive. We had to revise our quotes a few times, but every time, they were very accommodating. The installation took 2 days while the major work was done on the first day. The installation crew was also very professional and did an excellent job. Particularly, Kudos to Ruben, who completed the job and even returned for our second request to cover up all of the hoses in the basement! They also helped me to submit the MassSave rebate application. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who would like to use mini-split heat pump installation.

Prestige installed my heat mini split pumps. Curt came out and gave me the estimate. He was amazing. He answered all my questions and some for a few days before making the decision. The install crew came out and were clean and respectful because i was working from home. They walked me through everything and I have no complaints. I would highly recommend this company for installs and repairs. They are reliable which is hard to come by now a days. Ginelle in the office is also great and helped me through the Mass Save process which is a pain and she always had a positive attitude and responded to my questions quickly. I am definitely using them for any future installs/repairs.

I was looking to replace my 26 year old heating and a/c system and wasn't sure where to start. My neighbor had is replaced a year or so ago and recommended Prestige Heating and Cooling. So I checked their website and the reviews were all outstanding so I gave them a call for an estimate. I spoke with Ginelle and she was wonderful through the entire process. She set up an appointment with Curt to come see what I might need. Curt came out the next day looked at what I had and assessed what I might need. He put together four proposals for me as well as answering a bunch of questions I had. After I accepted a proposal they were able to do the install 2 days later. Ethan and Rubin showed up right on time and were super nice and got right to work getting the old unit out. We had a small issue with the furnace which was my fault not theirs but we were able to fix and they were able to get me the furnace I wanted the next day. On day 2 Ethan and Rubin showed right on time and starting the installation. Later Adam showed up to assist and he walked me through everything from filter on the new unit to my new smart thermostat. Bottom line everyone was great to work with and the job was done in a timely manner and very professional but most of all they were all very friendly which was important to me since this is the first time I purchased an HVAC unit. I will definitely use them for yearly maintenance as well as any future work I might need. I want to thank everyone at Prestige for the great job that was done and for making me feel comfortable with the whole process.

installed an on demand propane hot water heater, replacing a previous tank. Install crew + marshall was great, cleaned up everything, works great, couldnt be happier. Price was much better than other quote from Heritage.

Prestige heating and cooling did an outstanding work at our house installing a Mitsubishi Heat pump system. They were on time and everything was done as promised. The crew was very good and the entire project was done in a few days from installation to testing to fully operational. The staff took the time to explain everything to us on how the new mini split system works, and we have been very happy using it this summer for cooling. We can't wait to try the heating function this winter. We highly recommend hiring Prestige for your next heating and cooling needs.

Five stars is not nearly enough for this company!!!!! My central air broke down during the recent heat wave. A friend of mine recommended them. From my initial phone call with Kimberly to my installation it was fantastic customer service. They were at my home at 6:00 a.m. during unbearable heat. The crew worked nonstop till my new unit was up and running. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, clean and I could go on and on. I highly recommend Prestige Heating and Cooling

The team at Prestige did a great job installing our new heat pump system. They were friendly and accommodating with everything from the initial quote process, scheduling, and even when we made some changes to our original plan. Everything went smoothly and we absolutely love our new system. Best decision we made since buying our new home was getting this system. It’s very efficient.

Talk about finally finding a HVAC company that does not want to take advantage of the customer. What a relief! the team at Prestige did exactly what they said they were going to do. no surprises no shortcuts. I cant tell you how happy we are to have found you. Extremely happy with this visit! Came out first thing in the morning for no heat. Had to order a part but they got it fast and installed it quickly. The person who serviced the furnace was very polite and had a great work ethic. Great company, will recommend to everyone I know.

My husband and I had the Mitsubishi ductless mini splits installed in our home. We had a very positive experience, from Kimberly in the office to our sales rep Bill, and to the great group of installers who showed up on time at 7:00 am and worked diligently completing the job by end of day. Called at 10:30am on the hottest day of the summer because our central air stopped working the night before. Had called 4 other companies already, none of which were responsive or available given the high volume of issues. Prestige answered immediately, had a tech here less than an hour later, and in 20 min, the capacitor was replaced and we were up and running. So grateful for the quick, professional, polite, convenient service! Highly recommend!

I've been a homeowner for 30 years and have never been impressed with an HVAC company until I met Prestige. They do quality installations, at a fair price, and they are really nice to work with. I would definitely recommend them.
