Reviews of local pros in Methuen, Massachusetts

I’ve used Yandi’s tree service a couple of times now and had a great experience both times. They showed up exactly on time, very professional, friendly, and safe. They pruned the trees and cut up logs for my fire pit. Cleaned everything up nicely. I would highly recommend Yandi to everyone and will absolutely call him back for my next job. Thanks Yandi!

I let them use my driveway and yard to cut my nieghbors trees. I never had an issue before with other tree companies coming in and using my property in the past. Also Yandis were cutting small trees so I didn't think it would be a problem. They bent my fence because they decided to drag a tree over it instead of cutting it up. Im not a logger but this is not standard practice. I installed my fence myself and it was perfectly straight and showed no damage before they started. I wasn't too upset until I called him for a replacement top rail which I told him I would re-install myself. Its a 1 3/8" galvanized pole that comes in 10' sections. Its a $23 dollar item at Home Depot. He argued with me over it and refuses to drop off a top rail for my fence. I don't think I could have made it easier for him. If he can't even do this then I would hate to deal with this guy if he caused serious damage. I do not recommend using this tree company.

Your right in your response. I am not your client, as your aware of. You were hired by my next door neighbor to cut his trees. I allowed you to do the work from my yard because it was easier for you to acess the trees that needed to be cut for him. You damaged my fence while you were working along with other parts of the property that I didn't mention only because I will be doing some landscaping in the spring anyways. The fence piece I asked you to replace was in fact bent by you and is not going to be affected by my work this spring. I wasn't upset about it being bent. I was upset about your response over the phone about it. You weren't willing to drop off a new pole which I was willing to fix myself because I want it done right. I am still willing to remove this review if you are willing to fix your mistake. It's been a simple fix for you from the beginning and I am still surprised at your response to it. Your day could have been a lot harder than it was so I don't understand why your treating the guy so badly who did you a favor. The only thing I got out of it was a damaged fence which I now need to fix and torn up driveway.

Good price, and for that I would use them again. I had them cut down 5 dead trees in a wooded area, next time I will have them marked when we get the estimate. Because when they came back a week later to do the work, I missed pointing out one of the trees we agreed to.

Overall they did a good job, took the big trees I was concerned with, pruned up several others and then ground the stumps too. All for a very fair price.

The only other nit-picky thing, the clean up job was good, but not excellent. I just had to rake up a few small sticks and things; but this was certainly not a deal breaker.

Yandi's crew were on-time, professional, quick, quiet and clean! They even took care of cleaning branches that had fallen on the roof of the garage! We highly recommend Yandi's Tree Service! I would use them again without hesitation. Thank you Yandi's!

Yandi's was wonderful, showed up on time and did an amazing job at taking down three huge pine trees in one day in a cramped area. Everything went perfectly. Crew worked extremely hard, they be went as beyond my expectations. Price was more than reasonable. I recommend this company to everyone

Yandi's Tree Service did a great job at my house. Yandi came over within 2 days, gave a quote and then did the work with 2 weeks. Very responsive. I thought the price was high and he did lower his price upon request before the work began. I would hire them again! Christine from Carlisle

Yandi's Tree Service is amazing! Crew worked very hard, cleaned up daily, very knowledgeable and respectful. We were scheduled for 3 day job, they finished in 2 days and looks great! Would highly recommend this company!

I contacted Yandi's tree service yesterday. Within minutes I received a call back asking when they could come over and provide an estimate. They came over that day and told me a more than reasonable amount for having a cherry tree removed. I asked when they could do it and they said the next morning. They showed up promptly the next morning and removed the tree and stump. They took the time to clean the yard and surrounding area. I couldn't be happier with their service.

Yandi's Tree Service removed a large tree from my yard in Hyde Park, MA on 2/11/23. They arrived early and on time as stated. The entire job was done professionally to meet satisfaction to me, and a job well done. "Hats Off" to Yandi's Tree Service, and he is highly recommended to anyone requesting his services.

UPDATE:
After Yandi's Tree Service successfully removed trees from my house in Hyde Park on 2/15/23, they were so good I called him back for an additional tree removal on 2/27/23. The crew arrived on time and did a superb job. Once again, I say "HAT"S OFF TO YANDI'S TREE SERVICE"!!

I can’t say enough positive things about Yandi’s Tree Service. My insurance company recently informed me that my homeowner’s policy was not going to be renewed unless I cleared my property from the trees which were towering over the roof. I was in a bind and called a number of companies. Only Yandi returned my call. He was out the next day, assessed the work and gave me a very fair quote. I was scheduled for service within a week. Yandi and his crew were right on time. They were incredibly professional, friendly, and remarkably skilled. Watching them work was quiet amazing. They cleared up all the debris and left the property looking better than before. They were very respectful of our property. If you need tree service give Yandi a call. I highly recommend him.

I highly recommend Yandi's Tree Service. Yandi came out to give us an estimate the same day I called. His price was fair and he sent me the formal proposal quickly. He and his crew showed up when they said they would and did a great job removing two big trees and several smaller ones. They cleaned up the site and didn't leave a mess. Very professional and easy to work with!

Yandi's tree service removed a tree for me that was hard to get to. It was down a steep incline. They were quick to respond to my call and booked me for a few days later. When he arrived at my house to give an estimate he was really nice and knowledgeable. They came when they said they would, did exactly what they said they would, the work was excellent and the price was fair. I would definitely use them again.

We just had Yandi's tree service remove 4 trees from our property. They did an awesome job. Came early, very professional and cleaned up all the debris. Would definitely recommend them and we'd use them again if needed.

Yandi's crew did an amazing job. They came the day after I called and performed a complex job removing many split, dead and leaning trees in a highly planted area. None of my other precious trees were damaged! They cleaned up beautifully and even though they brought their crane, the place looks great. Highly recommended.

I'm glad I picked the right company for the job of removing the trees that were creating a constant mess of the yard. The owner was friendly, professional, and clear on what needed to be done and kept me updated. The crew that performed the work knew what they were doing and worked hard the entire day to get the job done. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Yandi's to anyone I know and would work with them again.

Yandi and his crew are great. I had to cancel the first appointment I made and he was very accomodating. Almost a year later and he was happy and willing to do the job and worked with my schedule. He always answered my texts, and was professional throughout. They arrived right on time, did an excellent job removing 4 trees and debris from my yard and cleaned up nicely afterward. I highly reccomend Yandi's tree service!

We just had Yandi's Tree Service remove 4 trees from our property and trim up 3 others and they did an absolutely amazing job. The crew that came was very professional and extremely efficient. They handled the job in an extremely safe manner and were very respectful of our property (some of the trees taken down were in established garden beds and there was no disturbance or damage to the plants already there). The whole process was very easy and reasonably priced and everyone we interacted with was very friendly. We'll be using Yandi's again for any tree-related needs we may have and recommend them very highly!

Conducted outstanding job in methuen over the past two days, to cut down dangerous tree which cause damage during microburst on Tuesday night. Professional, diligent, friendly and perfect clean up! Recommend to anyone looking for tree service

Have had there services a few times now. Multiple tree's.
Crew and the new owner Mario are very polite.
You are probably not gonna find better pricing either.
Thank you guys again at yandi tree service

This is a great company to work with. Fast, fair, and efficient. I had them remove a tree, and grind 3 stumps. Highly recommend this company for tree services.

Yandi's Tree service was awesome! Yandi was flexible and worked with us on scheduling as we have other projects in the works. The crew was prompt, polite, and respectful of the property. The pricing was reasonable. They did a fine job of trimming and removing what was agreed to. For clean-up they blew leaves and twig bits off the roof, deck and walkway. I would definitely hire them again!
