Tree reviews in Methuen, Massachusetts

A friend had part of a large tree fall on their fence. The rest was leaning toward their house. Livingston was there the next morning with two bucket trucks and on a cold windy day, they removed the tree and cleaned the yard. She is still talking about how great and professional they were.

I have used Livingston Family Tree 2 times. Both times to remove trees that that were obstructing the path for an electrical service I had to replace. It was done very safely and efficiently. I will use them again in the future!

Mac Livingston and his crew are consumate professionals who are clean, courteous and respectable. I highly recommend them. They are my only choice for tree removal!

Mac has always responded promptly, he has professional and polite workers, thorough cleanup after the job is complete, and their prices are reasonable.

Mac topped several tree that were blocking our view from our elevated deck. He also expertly removed a junk tree with multiple large trunks that were endangering our house. He got it done enthusiastically and timely. Thank You Livingston Tree Service! Our new property is so much nicer now!!

I had a big old maple tree which had some big dead branches. One branch was broken and hanging just waiting to fall on someone or something. These guys understood my concerns and came out and took care of me. The owner is great at what he does and hilarious. On top of that he has an awesome crew that are all professional and very polite. I got a very reasonable price and I was very happy with the end product; all dead branches cut correctly, the tree was shaped and looks perfect. On top of that they were thorough with their cleanup to the point where you couldn’t even tell that they worked there. I would strongly recommend these guys and will call them back when I have any more tree needs!

Very professional. Reasonably priced. I have hired them for all my tree removal projects! Love them !

this company is great! they saw the tree I wanted taken down and because it had a large crack, they had it down two days after I called. Very nice people to deal with.

Mac and team removed 4 trees and cut back some dead branches on some of my other trees. They did a great job and were very professional. I would highly recommend!!!!!

Chris is an honest and knowledgeable arborist. They are on time on on budget with all of my tree work. I would highly recommend them for your tree needs!

Mac, his team and equipment showed up on time, ready to go to work. As a person who works in construction myself I was very impressed with the set up, the communication and the pre job brief he conducted with his team. Another facet to their job with all the noise going on was their ability to communicate via wireless headsets each worker has attached to their hard hats. Super important doing tree work. Mac also coordinated the stump grinding for a later date who was also was very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. His team was great. 5⭐️'s from this satisfied customer.

I had an estimate done for the work that I need and the person that came gave us a thorough breakdown of what was needed for the tree that we need cut. Unfortunately at this time we cannot afford what was asked, however we will be using this company down the road when we can. The person that came was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.

Livingston Family Tree Services I have always used and have been extremely pleased with them. Mac and his team are very courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Livingstone Family Tree Service has provided us with professional, courteous and prompt tree removal and pruning for several of our properties. Highly recommend them.

I contacted Livingston Tree Service to remove some large trees on my Father’s property. One of them was very close to his house, so I wanted an experienced company to handle the job with care. They did a great job downing the trees and cleaned up the yard all within a day. Other family members have used them with excellent results as well. They’re responsive, professional, and priced fairly. I highly recommend this company.

Quick to come onsite and gave a completely reasonable quote. Chris and crew were at my house within a week, doing an amazing job with a towing silver maple tree that was looming over my house. The crew also trimmed a dozen smaller trees. Super friendly, fast workers and an overall great experience for me. Recommended!

I believe we need to put positive things out into the social media world, especially about locally owned businesses.

I can't say enough positive things about Mac Livingston and Livingston Family Tree Service for the work they did at our house. They took down two big trees and did a great job cleaning up when they were done. It's hard to make difficult tasks look easy, but Mac and his crew showed they were true professionals.

If you call Mac and use my name, I don't think you'll get a special deal, but if you call Mac, you'll be glad you did.

Notice how dark and shaded the backyard looked in the first picture versus how open it is now in the last photo. BTW, there was rot in the maple on the backside. I couldn't risk having it crash into our neighbor's house 🏡.

We had a tree fall on our car and driveway. It was dangerous as our car was impaled by the tree. The tree was not completely on the ground. It could fall more and cause additional damage or injury. Chris from Livingston Tree came promptly to assess the situation. He brought in a truck and crew to safely remove the tree and clean up everything. They were great, cannot recommend them enough.

Highly recommend Yandi’s Tree Service! Best price by a long shot, easy communication, quick scheduling, excellent quality work.
