My family is so GRATEFUL for DaSilva Mechanical. Jonathan was easy to work with, transparent, and his prices were reasonable unlike the other nightmare hacks I received quotes from. He presented ac options for our home and he never pushed. He was responsive, consistently communicated and I never had to follow up. Not once. I was the first time that he came to my house was today February 15, 2024 and. and all I can say he is going to be my go to guy anytime I have a problem with my furnace or hot water heater people out there need to give him a call because that call is going to be the best call you ever made it was the best call I ever made. Prompt response on a blistery cold night… nice being able to speak to a human and not a bot. He showed up in a timely manner, was respectful of my dwellings but more importantly identified and fixed my problem, as well as other problems that have been plaguing my homes heating system.

This was our first time using DaSilva Mechanical for our annual furnace cleaning. Jonathan arrived on time, was very friendly, and addressed our concerns about our 32 year-old furnace. Very impressed with Dasilva Mechanical. Jonathan came out very quickly to assess our furnace and hot water issues. He was able to get us up and running with hot water in 2 days - he met us after work to get the hot water going and the heat was up in 4 days- we have a woodstove so that worked out fine. He's very knowledgeable of conversion systems. He and his apprentice were professional, courteous, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves. If it weren't for the new furnace I wouldn't have known they were here. I would definately call him again.

Johnathan 1st came to my house in 2024 and diagnosed a diffiicult issue with my central air .He then came another time to fix it in a heatwave in the middle of the night. Tonight he came and fixed my aunts furnace issue. He is responsive. He is reliable. He is pleasant and courteous . I am extremely happy I found him. On 22 May 2024 and then again on 27 May 2025 Jonathan performed my annual air conditioner tune up. Once again his service was exceptional. As I stated below he is professional, polite, thorough, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Jonathan to anyone who needs their air conditioner serviced.

i had an appointment with Jonathan on Tuesday, 11 April 2023 to evaluate my air conditioner air handler. Jonathan arrived at precisely 2:30 PM. He provided a comprehensive evaluation of the air handler and determined that it was in a condition appropriate to its age. He found a leak in a connection that was allowing conditioned air to enter the insulating jacket causing water to form from condensation. Jonathan repaired the leak. Jonathan provided me with a clear description of the components of the air handler, their function, and condition. Jonathan was very professional and polite during the entire visit. The cost for this service was much less than I expected which was a very pleasant surprise. I have not had very good luck with air conditioner contractors in the past for service and especially cost. I finally have someone that I will go to in the future for all my air conditioner needs and would recommend him to anyone who is looking for someone who provide them with excellent service at a fair price.
