I cannot thank Russ and his crew enough for replacing my boiler quickly when it failed. They came promptly as scheduled and worked as a team to get the job completed in one day and it was done extremely well. He previously installed my air conditioning which continues to work well. I recommend him very highly.

We had a serious problem with our boiler/heating system. Had a couple of companies come out and try to find the issue. Finally! Specialized Heating & Air Conditioning figured it out - QUICKLY! Highly recommend them!

My furnace wasn't working at all. Russell came out and installed a great heating and ac system within 2 days. Nice and warmer than I've been before.

As usual specialized exceeds my expectations!! My central ac unit died at the height of the heatwave one phone call later Matt arrived and the unit was repaired and back up running in minutes! Thanks for everything and keep doing what you do! Don’t hesitate to call these guys you won’t be disappointed.

There aren't enough great things I can say about this company. Our boiler crapped the bed 1 year after buying the house in 2014. Called Specialized, they replaced everything in a day or two. Don't have a lot of issues with our furnace now but when we do they come right out within the day. I've never seen a company take such good care of their customers. I'd give it 10 starts if I could.

My 22 year old furnace died and I called Specialized Heating as they were my servicer. They immediately scheduled the new installation. They were careful with my floors, prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. can't believe how quickly it went. Don't waste your time and money elsewhere, call Crystal (so sweet) and she'll take care of you!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Knowledgeable, efficient, courteous! They replaced my central a/c on short notice during the hottest of days. Each of the workers were hard working and respectful. The job was completed on time and to my satisfaction. Thank you Russ and Team!

Specialized completed the installation of our heating and air conditioning in our new construction home. They did an outstanding job and exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend them.

Let me start by stating that I am a very particular homeowner. Russ is a man of his word, and he does great work. Our AC system (SpacePak) was on its "last legs" (23+ years) this past summer - and Russ just updated our system in 2 days. His team worked very hard, and I highly recommend Russ - he is very knowledgeable and capable.

New heating and AC combo unit. Two ductless heating and AC units, Heating and AC for a new room addition at Oak Point. Very happy with their work. They go out of their way to help with short notice. On move in day the temp was over 90 and we had no AC. The owner Russ showed up in a short time and got us up and running. Highly recommend them. The list of extras he did for us is too long to write.

Every once in a while you come across a Service Company whose people actually care about quality Customer Service. Specialized H&A found a problem with our gas furnace and they did a superb job of diagnosing and repairing it. Their Tech showed a dedication to quality that's hard to come by, and the owner of the company was right there to back him up, and they got the job done - which went into the night. As a new restaurant we were unaware that the unit in our building would not be adequate for the warm weather. We called Specialized and they came right out and fit us into their busy schedule to ensure that we had A/C up and running for our customers. They installed a new mini split unit in no time at all. Russell and his crew were fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

Our daughter had used Russ's company three years ago and recommended him to us. We could not be more pleased.
They installed four heat pumps to handle the entire house in three zones. They worked extremely hard and one day it was near 100 degrees outside and measured 130 degrees in the attic.
They are professional, courteous, have attention to detail and cleaned up after their work.
Then they followed up a week or two later to insure that we were satistied.
Their pricing was also competititive to others.
I would highly recommend them.

We knew we were on borrowed time with our 25+ year furnace and AC condenser. It started to blow cold air and smell like burnt hair. Russ's team came within a week to give us an estimate. I'm impressed by their prompt service and attention to detail. Our house is warm and safe again! I wouldn't trust anyone else to do this job as successfully as this team
