We have been using Specialized Heating & Air conditioning for 16yrs, we wouldn't trust or use anyone else with our heating and air conditioning needs, Russ and his crew are absolutely fantastic, very professional, Crystal the receptionists is just the best she is truly amazing. We just had the blower to our Boiler heating system replaced, flushed out the boiler because it was clogged. Russ's crew did an amazing job, they made sure everything was clean and neat around the work site. GREAT PRICE always!!! I highly recommend Specialized Heating and Air Conditioning and personally give them 10 plus stars THEY ARE TRULY THE BEST!!!!! Specialized ROCKS!!!!

We have a large living space were we ran 6 ac units and about 8 fans to try and keep things cool. Never worked well, temperatures were never even and we got mold. We thought we'd never be able to afford a full house unit. We called Russ out to get a quote. His guys had done some work on our old system and were always courteous and prompt. From the moment he got there he had a plan. We bought right in. He guided us to the right people, the right plan, and he made what we thought wasn't going to happen in our time in this house, happen.
The crew was fast, efficient, friendly, and they cleaned up after themselves. They were organized and clearly not only worked well together, but with Randall Electric, the company running the wiring.
They did our whole system, basically two full units and were in and out in two days. Any issues they crossed or changes that needed to be made they adapted and went beyond expectation. All their systems are high efficiency units and built to last. Our whole house currently runs at one nice even temp, quiet and efficient.
I highly recommend Russ the Specialized crew for any heating needs you may have, but if you are looking to upgrade, Russ's knowledge and crew will not do you wrong! Cant thank them enough!

Specialized is awesome! They installed various units for Rock Village Church and they have been a great update. The installation was fast, thorough, and we really enjoyed working with them. They also service our units and if we’ve ever had a hiccup the respond quickly and fix the issue right away. I would highly recommend Specialized for any of your heating and cooling needs!
