In my house for 5 minutes cost $245! Barely spoke a word from the time the pulled in to the time they left. But they were happy to handover a pamphlet on why it costs $245 just to show up.

From the time I called to the time they got here was about 20 minutes, guess I had the cover a few days worth of down time with my service call for a clogged toilet.

Overpriced just for “supposedly” passing a snake down the plumbing line. The plumber that came barely did anything . The plumber even mentioned “I simply get $675 just for just coming in”. And then it was recommended for a demolition to be done some PVC piping to be added. Their estimate was ASTRONOMICALLY high. I recommend calling around before choosing a plumber. Too many greedy contractors out there.

Update: I did call to get some type of documentation of the issue that was looked into. I was literally told I’d need to take down the above review in order to get a report . I was like wow so you essentially want me to lie. No, I’m sharing an actual experience and informing the consumer that your service is expensive for what was done.

I had a clogged main drain line leading into my septic tank. They came out promptly, assessed the situation, gave me an estimate and took care of it.

Very professional, respectful and knowledgeable technician that they had perform the job.

I recently found myself in a bind with a plumbing issue while residing outside of Mr. Rooter's S. MA usual service area. Despite this, they went above and beyond to accommodate me. Initially, I reached out, providing photos of the problem, and they promptly provided an estimate based on those visuals.

Mr. Rooter phoned me within 10 minutes after I had reached out for plumbing services via an online directory website. Four hours later, a compatible replacement water heater was located, obtained, installed, and running. I couldn't have asked for a more professional, customer service-driven job to be have been completed that quickly. Thank you, Mr. Rooter, would definitely do business with you again!

I will never use this company again. I’ve used this company in the past and they were great, but I don’t know what happened with this company but their service of talking to people suck. The owner is a rude man. They’re overpriced. They want to charge me today, $490 to put two gaskets in the site glass that I already cut and put in they just need to put the gaskets in that were bad and tighten they want to charge me $490 and then he wants to sit there and try to tell me why he charges me that like it’s cost $490 to do all that it’s a rip off. They’re rude that the tech was a very nice guy. He knew what he was talking about but the owner of that place he’s the rudest man I’ve ever seen and if you really want a job done for a decent price do not use these guys. Oh and has of now 1400 dollar they got and still the furniture ain’t running right 5 degrees at night.

Update still no heat can’t find someone to fix it after this company took 1400 dollars and left us with a broken furnace.

Another update so Mr rooter will not refund our money unless we take down or edit this post that’s not going to happen.

Needed a sump pump scheduled it on a Monday and the job was completed the next day by noon. Job was done professionally and I’m confident I won’t have any basement flooding.

We had an excellent experience with Mr. Rooter plumbing. Communication was very good, and our technician, Josh, arrived earlier than expected and also quickly identified and resolved our first issue. During his visit, he also brought to our attention a potential problem with our Navien combi boiler if the previous owners had not serviced it yearly, a detail we hadn't been aware of since we recently purchased the house and hadn't received any service records.

We decided to have it checked out and contacted Mr. Rooter again, requesting Josh's assistance for servicing. It turned out the boiler had never been serviced, so we're immensely grateful for his expertise and willingness to return to address it. Thanks to him, we now have peace of mind regarding our plumbing system. We highly commend Mr. Rooter plumbing for their fantastic service and are thoroughly satisfied with Josh's professionalism.

Woke up this morning to no running water. Called Mr. Rooter and had someone here in a couple of hours. Simple fix, he explained everything (so I could actually understand) and what to do if it happens again. He was very professional and polite. I will definitely be calling them again with any plumbing issues.

The gentleman was very clear on what was going on what he needed to do and what he had to do to fix it. He did a great job couldn’t ask for anything better. He was more polite. He was very respectful. He also explained everything that he was doing before he did it. I would definitely recommend him again.

At first I had some issues with the price for the work that was done. Mr. Rooter reached out to me and we talked about these issues and he was really caring about what I had to say. We both agreed about the small indifferences and he followed thru on what he could do to solve my issues. My furnace has been working great, and I am really satisfied with the price and work they performed. Very good business.

Will never hire this company. Wreckless driver who almost swiped us off the road today when he cut us off between route 3 and 93 around 2pm today (8/26). An accident was causing traffic and there was no reason to maneuver way he did. Companies should be held accountable for how they conduct themselves in all aspects.

Everyone I encountered, in person and over phone, was so helpful and professional. Service was prompt. I felt like my issue was a priority and was handled like that. The service crew was thorough and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend!
