Constraction reviews in Middleton, Massachusetts

Prompt and efficient service, will use again

excellent service. I have passed his name into two more customers.

No one should use this service, they are very very bad guys, their behaviour is very very bad, they have thieves in their team, who came to my house and stole my 3500 dollars

WKD Construction did an outstanding job on my winter ice dam issues!!
The back wall was down to the studs, wood floors soaked, there was a four foot hole in the ceiling after the mitigation company removed the damaged debris.

The mitigation company( Puro Clean in Wakefield-Frank Greenwood recommended Wilter from WKD Construction). Puro Clean and WKD Construction are a great tag team!

WKD Construction had all top reviews and it was an easy decision to select WKD Construction for the project. Yet, one never knows if someone else’s experience will be yours. Well, it was.

Wilter was forthright and professional in the estimate with a required sign off. He was open to detailing more of certain aspects in the contract prior to sign off. Wilter ensured that the work was top notch and carefully reviewed the finished project. His team were polite, courteous and worked really hard.
Highly recommend!

Very nice job and very friendly

Very good work, Fast & Efficient

Thoughtful communication and spotless work and cleanup.

Wilter and his crew are top notch. Meticulous work, efficient, professional and super nice! Thank you!!

Used them for a recent repairs relating to wayer leak. Work involved replacing a tile floor, some drywall/baseboard, and painting. We had a delay waiting for tile, but happy with the end result. Will use them again, in fact next project is in the pipeline already.

We are so glad we had WKD work on our home. They were incredibly professional, skilled, and punctual. The results are phenomenal. They painted our house and repaired all of the old wood around our windows. They also installed a wall air conditioning unit and framed it in beautifully. We will be using them for all future work on our home!

Wilter and his team did a great job in painting my bedroom walls/ceilings and in replacing the hardwood floors for the second floor of my house. They are both nice and professional. Thanks!

Wilter and his crews are very good. Good communication, on schedule and decent work. Highly recommended

WKD fixed our ceiling -- they were extremely quick, did a great job, very responsive and thorough. They also offered a competitive rate relative to two other bids. Great work!

We recently moved to the Middleton area. We needed help repairing one of our bedrooms due to a storm. We called WKD and Wilter. He was on site the next day and his team was able to start work the following week. The WKD team gave us a timeline and scope for the project and delivered every step of the way. We are very pleased with the results and really enjoyed working with Wilter and his team.

Cannot recommend highly enough! I met Wilter through a restoration company after my home had some water damage. Wilter was incredibly responsive and fast and him and his team did amazing work. He kept me posted through the entire process and was a huge comfort in a very stressful time. Ended up doing more work on my home, unrelated to the water damage, because him and his team were so great. I'd work with Wilter and his team again in a minute, and probably will!

Wilter and team stepped in at the last minute to fix my kitchen floors after a leak. They were communicative, responsive, and prompt; they finished the job on time and adhered to the budget. Extremely grateful to them for making a tough situation much easier!

Wilter and the team at WKD were AWESOME. They were easy to do business with in every way. Easy to schedule. Great communication and the work was great and completed in a timely fashion. I will definitely use them again!

Wilter & the WKD team were tremendous in helping us quickly fix our flooded basement. They were incredibly easy schedule and were highly communicative throughout the whole process. They also did what they said they were going to do and when they said they would do it. They also did it with speed and high quality. Highly recommend!

WKD did very good work for us repairing damage after a large water leak. Wilter Dormevil came quickly to give advice and estimates. He was very patient with our decision-making, made sure that all was done well, and responded well to our concerns.

WKD was hired to do the construction phase of a water damage repair. First, owner (Wilter) is fantastic. Very pleasant to work with and very helpful. His ideas for painting were spot on. His crew arrived on time and worked diligently to complete their tasks. Their final product was perfect.

I would definitely hire them again and, in fact, Wilter is quoting replacing 2 windows for us.

Give WKD an opportunity to bid your next project. You won’t be disappointed!

Wilter and Co. did an amazing job repairing damage from a water problem in my kitchen and flooring. He is resourceful, prompt, very neat and left the kitchen and floors looking better than ever.
