Rude! Homeowner beware! These guys don't want for stand up for selling us LED lights and dimmers that are incompatible. All the manager kept saying was "Show me the receipt". We bought them a couple months ago. Stay away from these guys!

I ordered for couple ceiling fans which were meant to be delivered 4days ago, when I called the store to check in, this guy who answered the phone is extremely rude, said take ur money back and order somewhere else. Basic expectation from any Business is to have a proper response which is clearly missing here.

My husband and I used Crown Supply for all the lighting on and in our new home. I cannot begin to say what a wonderful experience I had throughout this process. I had a vision, provided some examples of what I liked and was provided the most helpful and thorough explanation of my options and how it would look and meet my wishes within my budget. I wasn't sure if this was the standard service all would expect from Crown and but it is the service that has been proven more than once for me.
This place has a top notch team and I decided to try my hand again for an issue with a lamp i've owned for 10 years.

I went to Crown to drop my lamp off knowing there was a fee to fix it and while my issue wasn't huge I still was hoping for my lamp to be fixed. It was expensive and part of a set that I didn't want to part with. When I walked in I was greeted by Raul and explained what was wrong. He checked my lamp over, explained some possibilities and then took a shot at fixing it on the spot and he fixed it! One, he saved me a ton of money and time, but that wasn't the important part. Raul was kind, smart and patient with me as I didn't know the lingo or understand the workings of my lamp overall. This experience with Raul has made me a lifetime customer for Crown. We will always recommend this wonderful Electrical supply store and be patrons.

Kurt was extremely knowledgeable about the different styles of outdoor lights. Very thorough and just such a nice way about him. Easy to deal with and pleasant atmosphere. I love my lantern. We just put it on the granite post and it stands out beautifully. So happy with the new look! Thank you I am glad I took your advice. You killed it!

Nick & Tyler came to untangle circuit board panels. They were very professional and efficient. They solved the puzzle. Added a safety check. Also is following up with recommendations for our outdated electric switches, breakers,smoke detectors etc.. Impressive. Excellent job. I told them I'm officially a new customer now!

Jason did a great job reviewing the plan and going over where fixtures and switches would go. He also explained how the codes worked and how this would impact the plan. He was professional, timely, and friendly. I will always get a quote from Tingley for my electrical projects. They are outstanding.

This was our first experience with THS. Over the weekend, our 10-year-old fire alarm system was beeping too much and we needed to replace it as soon as we could. Setting up the initial visit, via their website using CHAT, was prompt and easy to do. The prompt, Monday morning follow up call from THS to confirm our appointment was reassuring. Anthony and his assistant, Troy, showed up right on time. They were very professional, knowledgable, friendly and efficient. They updated our fire alarm system and did a 12-point review. We are happy customers and would definitely use them again.

Nick showed up on time, was polite, respectful and went right to work. He provided detailed quotes before any work was started. Nick was very thorough in his explanation of the quotes and was not pushing any one service over another. He answered all my question. He did the work quickly and left no mess behind. They didn’t make me feel like I had to do anything I wasn’t interested in doing, but gave me good information about services they provide and work I may wish to do in the future.

They were up front a the fact that they are not the least expensive electricians out there, but speed, quality and professionalism can be worth it!

I’m honestly shocked by all the good reviews this business has. I missed half a day of work only to be completely stood up.

We called them for an estimate for heat pumps. Initially, the person scheduling told me the technician would come between 8-11am, but shortly after, I got a text saying 11-1pm. Right away I called back to correct the mistake, and they said “no worries, we’ll fix it.” Nothing happened. I called two days later to follow up, and again I was told, “no worries, we’ll fix it.” After that I got another text with the correct time. Only took me 3 calls to schedule.

On the day of the appointment, they simply decided not to show up. As I said, I had taken the morning off work waiting for them, and they didn’t even have the decency to call. When I reached out, the girl told me the ETA had been moved to 1:30pm, even later than the original text. The lack of respect for customers' time is outrageous, what a waste of time.
