Nick & Tyler came to untangle circuit board panels. They were very professional and efficient. They solved the puzzle. Added a safety check. Also is following up with recommendations for our outdated electric switches, breakers,smoke detectors etc.. Impressive. Excellent job. I told them I'm officially a new customer now!

From the customer service folks to the electricians, Tingley was great. Nick and Zach were professional, respectful and cleaned everything up behind them! Definitely recommend.

Jason did a great job reviewing the plan and going over where fixtures and switches would go. He also explained how the codes worked and how this would impact the plan. He was professional, timely, and friendly. I will always get a quote from Tingley for my electrical projects. They are outstanding.

This was our first experience with THS. Over the weekend, our 10-year-old fire alarm system was beeping too much and we needed to replace it as soon as we could. Setting up the initial visit, via their website using CHAT, was prompt and easy to do. The prompt, Monday morning follow up call from THS to confirm our appointment was reassuring. Anthony and his assistant, Troy, showed up right on time. They were very professional, knowledgable, friendly and efficient. They updated our fire alarm system and did a 12-point review. We are happy customers and would definitely use them again.

Nick showed up on time, was polite, respectful and went right to work. He provided detailed quotes before any work was started. Nick was very thorough in his explanation of the quotes and was not pushing any one service over another. He answered all my question. He did the work quickly and left no mess behind. Highly recommend Tingley and Nick.

Tingley was the only company to respond be willing to help us out quickly. Everyone from the assistant who answered the phone to the guys that showed up to do the work was friendly and helpful. Noah was great! Explained the situation, gave us 3 different options and worked quickly and was super friendly. Even liked our dog! Tingley Services is definitely a company I will call again.

Noah Landon provided excellent service to my home. He had to pick up some parts but was able to repair our ADT/smoke detector system same day for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Have had them come out multiple times since and they continue to provide outstanding customer service. Alex is also awesome, went above and beyond to identify a heating issue.

I'm about to sound like I was paid to say this but I have n-e-v-e-r had a better in-home experience with contractors. I hired Tingley to install heating and cooling mini-splits throughout the entire house and the project took a week.

The installers, Daniel and Troy, were literally the best contractors I've *ever* interacted with in my home. And we have had a lot. Dan and Troy respected and treated my home as if they lived there, were always courteous and professional, cleaned up after themselves every day and did high quality work. *And* Daniel loved up on my cat (Humphrey) who, due to the fact that the house is under major renovation, has been in the basement for 5 weeks for safety. They got along so well, my cat was happy to see him every day.

I'm telling you, I'd hire these folks a million times over. In fact, they are going to install my water heater next. They went above and beyond what they were contracted to do and restored my badly bruised faith in contractors. And the price is reasonable. Thank you, Tingley!

Jason did a great job of assessing the best way to install a back up generator at my home. He was knowledgeable, careful and spent a great deal of time and effort locating pipes, meters and wires. I was very impressed. Plus he was pleasant to deal with

Brett was great. Patiently tested our mini split for any issues and gave good advice on how we could optimize its performance. Checked the condenser unit outside to make sure it was working properly and agreed to send us a new mini split remote to replace one that’d stopped working. Thanks!

Noah was extremely patient and answered all of my many questions about my ceiling junction box install, and provided quotes on all kinds of addition projects that I requested!

They were done quickly, and made a minimal impact on the home to run a new line to an existing location. They presented me with different options to mitigate the impact.

I appreciate that they were ready to work and quote the same day instead of having to schedule another visit!

Excellent experience with Tingley and in particular our electrician Noah! He was super professional and clearly a master in his field. He answered any and all of my questions (even ones that did not pertain to the specific project), was timely, clean, and super respectful. A great experience all around!!!

This was my first time using Tingley and I'm glad I called. Everyone was polite, helpful and did everything within a few hours of my call. Noah explained everything in detail, showed me options and was very helpful.

The guys that came out were very professional and were able to describe everything that needed to be done so I understood it. The install looks great.

Can’t speak enough about the quality work that Tingley does, but especially electrician, Nick. Always punctuated and will explain everything to you, and when the work is done you wouldn’t even know they were there. Can’t recommend them more (coming from a house that has used them half a dozen times for both electric and HVAC).

Nick is amazing!! He’s is a true professional, very helpful and knows his stuff. He has done several jobs for us, where we had to upgrade old lights indoors and outdoors and he always gave the best recommendations based on what we needed. Thanks for a great experience! 10 stars across the board. From Brett coming out to look at an old a/c unit and thoroughly explaining things to Jason coming out and setting up a new install, everything was a great experience. Brett and TJ were professional and knowledgeable. There were several issues for them to address which they prioritized and gave options for so I could choose the best path forward for our house and our budget. I am extremely happy with their work and appreciate their advice.

I called in the morning and someone was out to my house within 1.5 hours. Noah and his assistant were professional from the start. Clean, efficient and knowledgeable. Great value too! Will definitely be using Tingley again!
