The office staff was extremely friendly and helpful, they were able to get me on the schedule for that same day.

Dave my electrician that showed up was polite, knowledgeable and very easy to communicate with. I felt like he was a genuine person and I didn’t feel like he was up selling me.

They were able to take care of the problem that very same day, which was perfect. Highly recommend these guys, will use again for future projects for sure!!

John and Troy were the electrical Technician that came over the house. Both very polite and courteous. John is very thorough and gave different options. Identified all the things they did to complete the job and overall, very satisfied. Putting in the big socks like to prevent carrying dirt from the outside, appreciate that very much.

David & Drew did a great job. They were prompt, had suggestions, listened to my concerns, and they cleaned up the work area when they were done. This is the second time I've had Tingley Home Services perform work at my home and both times the service and value were great. -Steve B.

From the first point of contact when scheduling the service call; I spoke with helpful staff, followed by text message confirmation, in addition to a virtual introduction with photo and bio of the assigned Electrician; knowing who is arriving is so helpful. From arriving on time and putting on “shoe booties” floor protection … all the way through clear explanations, replacing all my aging carbon monoxide and smoke detectors, plus replacing under cabinet lighting, the work was done with care, and I am very happy with the results. They were also respectful and patiently answered my questions. Based on my experience today, I recommend this business!

Just had Tingley Come out and do some routine maintenance on my furnace. They followed up with emails and text messages of who was coming to my house with a photo and a background on the technician that was to do the service. Brett was professional and polite. he answered all of my questions and was courteous of the house by adding boot covers when walking thru. Highly recommend and will follow up this review for when i get a quote for updating my A/C.

Fantastic response time. Came within 24 hours to prepare a cost estimate to replace my AC and was able to start work within days afterwards. They completed a difficult job within a single day! The technicians were wonderful---prompt, neat, knowledgeable and good communicators. Exceeded all expectations by a wide margin. I can't say enough good things about Tingley.

Noah and Zack arrived on time. They were pleasant and professional. They explained everything fully and let me know my options. They are knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions. Plus they both have dogs so they were comfortable with my dogs.
They will need to come back for the work I need, but I have no doubt they will get it done correctly. Highly recommend them if you need electrical work done.

I had my mini splits serviced by Tingley home services. The HVAC technician was Brett Siegel and Taylor. They were very professional and explained everything clearly. They were friendly and very knowledgeable and very respectful of my home. I would definitely use them again.

Jason went out of his way to consider what was best for me rather than just trying to make a sale. He gave me multiple options to choose from, and I ended up going with the least expensive one.

Daniel came to work on my generator and was thorough. He did a good job of explaining what he was doing and, like Hason, made sure to give me options for next steps.

Brett was excellent! He was knowledgeable and personable. He did an excellent job of explaining and showing us the issues that were addressed. We were extremely pleased about the service we received.

Brett & his assistant were terrific. On a very cold day with multiple calls, and coming from about 30 miles away through rush hour traffic, both remained pleasant and informative. They quickly identified the source of our heat pump failure and stayed until they were sure it was working properly and we understood the thermostat controls.

Nick did a great job replacing my old thermostat with a new one. He took time to research the situation so there would be no problem with the installation. Heat has been restored! I would definitely recommend Nick and Tingley Home Services

Jason did an excellent job. He explained options clearly and took care to review our entire system. He also offered to help navigate the rebate process and provided excellent referrals and pro tips. Couldn’t be more impressed.

We reached out to Tingley for maintenance service for our generator. They were courteous, professional and thorough! They took the time to explain the process and kept me informed at every step. I was so impressed I asked them to do additional electrical work that was necessary. The quoted price was reasonable and they handled the job with the same professionalism. Call for an appointment and got one the very next day. Two technicians came and fix my original problem and did some additional work at the same time. The work was outstanding and the technicians were polite, and very thorough. Overall it was one of the best experiences I have had with electrical contractor. I would recommend them to everyone.
