Good timing fast and as asked (beware)

These guys are great, very accommodating, fast response time, very neat, price is fair! I will use them again!

Absolutely wonderful! Gave us a great deal and were wonderful to work with. We’ve had a lot of tree work done in our yard and tried different companies and these guys are by far the best around!

Professional, experienced, efficient and fairly priced. They showed up the morning they said they would, removed the trees, ground the stumps and left my yard immaculate. Everything was so clean when they left that the only evidence that they had been there was the absence of the trees and the sign they left.

I was extremely pleased with my recent tree service provided by New American Tree Services under the direction of Mr. Eliton Flalho. I contacted on a Friday for an estimate on my property. Mr Flalho came on Saturday and gave me an estimate of the cost of the job that same day, which I agreed to. On the following Monday he came with a very professional team of 4 people (plus himself) and in one full day did an extensive amount of work. His team removed 6 very large trees (diameter greater than 18"), 6 smaller trees (diameter 4"-8"), trimmed dead or overhanging branches high up in 3 very large trees (height 60'+). His crew had the right equipment including cherry picker, very large wood chippers, stump grinding equipment, and huge log lifting and removal equipment with huge trailers to haul away the cut timber. This represented a very well financed and professional operation, and all work was done in a very safe and professional manner in my opinion. I would recommend this organization to anyone with large tree trimming and removal needs. I was very happy with everything about the service.

We had an amazing experience with New American. Our home insurance threatened non-renewal due to overhanging trees, and New American swiftly came in and saved the day! Their quality of work was excellent (including cleanup!) and they completed the job in a very tight timeline. Communication throughout the process was exemplary. New American Tree has done many jobs in our neighborhood, and after this job, they will continue to be our neighborhood’s go-to company!

New American tree company cut down a huge tree in our backyard, which broke due to one of the windy winter storms. Another storm was brewing and new American tree was able to come out and take down our enormous tree and remove it along with other brush which needed to be cut back and another tree, they did an awesome job and we’re very pleased with their services. We will use them again to cut down some of the pines that are growing extremely tall on our property line. I highly recommend them. They were polite, reliable, and accommodating, which is very rare these days , the owner was exceptional along with his workers. We can’t thank them enough.

Needed some larger trees limbed and they came out and where very respectful of my property by taking care of there equipment to make sure my driveway wasn’t damaged. They were very professional and did an amazing job. Highly recommend

You don't like my rating? Well I don't like your driving drunk pulling out directly in front us on Wednesday 02-25-2026 from the liquor store plaza in Spencer. There's no mistaking it was you in the full size green Chevy, your logo on the door a number 09 on the front fender. It was you alright nearly smashing into us forcing us up into the snow banking.
Be thankful I couldn't locate you after this and when you sober up maybe your ratings will go up. Next time you might not be so lucky.

New American Tree removed a large ash tree from our property recently. We were blown away by their operation and frankly, stunned by the high level of service we received. Eliton quoted us a very reasonable price and was able to schedule us within days. On the day of the service, the crew (at least 6 people) showed up on time and got right to work. It was clear that safety is a top priority (as it should be) and every person had a role and did it well. Nobody standing around. The equipment used was impressive, top notch. They were sure to put barriers down so the large crane didn’t damage our driveway and someone was constantly sweeping, raking and picking up chips. They were a great team and the job was completed in just a couple of hours. Cannot recommend Eliton and his team enough!

Eliton and his crews removed 11+ 90' to 100' pine trees and bushed affecting my property. The job they had to do was Herculean. The crew were polite, courtious. The job was done with percision. After the trees came down, all debrie was put through wood chippers and removed. The driveway and property of myself and my neighbors were cleaned and raked up and removed. They also were very accomidatring to neighbors that had to get out of driveways. I highly recommend New American Tree, Eliton and his employees.

Jay and his crew came out and pruned 6 trees including a Japanese Maple that is old and really important to us. They did great work all lead and supervised by Jay. We felt at ease knowing that the important tree work was being done by an arborist. Jay's estimate was a very reasonable price and came in less expensive than other arborists and that was the final price. I highly recommend Jay Emmott and his crew - it is rare these days to find someone who does should good work at a good price.

Jay did an excellent job with removing a huge array of massively overgrown arbor vitae -- around 40 in a single day, efficiently working with his team to cut down and grind up the bushes one by one. We highly recommend working with Jay and his team; they did a professional job with the trees and also kept our lawn clean when all was said and done.

We love all the trees on our property. We value that Jay and his team take very good care of them when pruning, planting, and removal is needed. We take comfort that Jay is a licensed arborist and knows trees. He provides excellent customer service and is very easy to talk with throughout a project. We are very pleased with the fantastic work Jay Emmott and his team did with our trees.
Our scope of work included assessing the health of some trees, pruning others, and removing a few large trees that needed to come out with a crane.
