Had to get my chimney checked before selling the house. The chimney company came out this morning and made sure everything was solid. They fixed a few cracks and cleaned up the top. Passed inspection with no issues now, so I’m relieved it’s all set for the sale.

didnt even know the wire mesh in my chimney could rust but sure enough it was all showing through. this morning matt from chimcare came by and put in a drip edge to stop water from messing with the brick. the crown looks sturdy now and honestly i feel a lot better about it. wish id caught this sooner. big thanks to chimcare for fixing it up.

Yesterday the inspector found some issues with our chimney during the home sale. David from Chimcare in Milton fixed all the cracked mortar joints quickly. The chimney looks solid now. Finally found good help in milton, ma.

This morning Chimcare in Milton rebuilt my chimney crown and extended it a couple of inches beyond the bricks. It's already looking sturdier and should keep water out better now. The crew was straightforward and didn't take long. Happy to have this fixed before any more damage showed up

We had some issues with the roofline around our chimney, but the bricks inside the attic and below were still in good shape. The Chimney Company replaced all the old flashing with new materials to keep everything sealed up, they did the work this afternoon and everything feels solid now. milton, ma people should call them

Chimcare in Milton replaced the rusty wire mesh inside my chimney crown that was starting to show through. They did a clean job and explained what they were doing. Everything looks solid now. Will use again, best in milton, ma.

Not sure if this was an accident or not but I had chimcare come in late January. The tech was very nice but then either dumped or spilled our chimney residue all over the front sidewalk of our house.

We constantly have to clean up our foyer because of the soot that gets tracked into our house. Would not call this business again.

I don't know how they have one 5 star review let alone over 200, this has to be a lie. I'm not even sure this is a real, insured company.

I'm sorry to be the bearer of a bad review, but the communication of this company is worse than someone who doesn't have a cellphone. We had a request for a chimney cap to be placed on our home and they told us we were going to have it done in 4 days after the snow had gone away. OK, we accepted that. But then 4 days goes by and they don't call, follow-up, or communicate anything. 5 days goes by and they still don't follow up, so we do. They don't work on Sundays (everyone deserves a day off), but you should tell someone that if they expected you a day ago. Finally, Monday comes around and they said they will come but they don't and give us a window of 8am - 11am on Tuesday. Monday night at 8pm, they call and move the window to 11am - 1pm. They finally showed up after 4pm without ANY communication what-so-ever.

When they came, Chimcare wasn't even the company that came out to do the work, it was a landscaping company.... This feels VERY scammy. I don't typically write reviews unless there is something fantastic about a place, however, I feel like this should be written for the world to see. Go somewhere else. This is dangerous and now we may or may not have an insured cap on our chimney.

I don't have time to sit around and wait for someone after promising to be here 5 hours before. And I can imagine anyone doesn't have time to wait for them either.

Take your money and go somewhere else. This company is not worth spending your time or money. Poor communication, shifting and changing of plans. If you have to work, or even have a semblance of a life outside of waiting for someone to show up, you don't want to go with them. Sad and very unfortunate.
