Very pleased with how Crowe Electric took us on as new customers. They were here the day after we called. We were nervous about having a few outlets that could be a fire hazard. They checked out all our concerns. Fixed what needed to be done. Explained before the work and after they finished.

Crowe Electric was about the best experience I've ever had with an electrician. After making a number of calls to other companies which were never even answered, Crowe called back immediately. They set up an appointment the same week. The electrician who came showed up right on time, was pleasant and professional, and not too busy to answer all of my questions. I could not recommend them more highly.

Once again Crowe brought it home! The team of Kevin and Steve are outstanding! Their diligence, knowledge and commitment to the customer's needs is what I believe every customer wants. That's what they encapsulate. I trust in Crowe's people. Very hard to find that these days. I am over the moon with their results.

I recently had Andrew from Crowe Electric come out to my home to address an issue with flickering lights. From the moment I reached out, the communication from their team was top-notch. I received a text confirming my appointment, followed by another alert when Andrew was en route, which included a photo of him so I knew exactly who to expect at my door.

Upon arrival, Andrew quickly diagnosed the problem, and we decided that a 200 amp service upgrade was the best solution. Throughout the process, the customer service was exceptional.
