really happy with my carpet cleaning today! stanley was very detailed and made sure to check every spot that needed extra pet stain treatment. he gave me a price based on exactly what my carpets needed, which i really liked. one thing i appreciate about this carpet cleaning company is they don’t have to soak the whole carpet—makes it dry so much faster, and it’s safe for my pets, too. i just wait a little while before letting them back on, just to be careful. always grateful they can book me in quickly when i need it here in nahant.

Two hours late & misquoted price — I spoke with the company Sunday morning. They said they’d clean two rooms for $80 and arrive between 1-4PM. They arrived at 5:45PM. I called them at 4:41 PM, 4:50 PM & 5:20 PM (photo below.) Each time I was told, “The manager” will call back but was never called.
When the technician arrived, he took photos of the rooms, sent them to his manager & I was told the rooms were too big for service at the price they quoted. The new rate was over $120, which I believe is a fair rate.
My review is in principle. I was told a time & a price & neither were delivered, on a Sunday afternoon. Time is precious. Ours was wasted. I’m not looking to disparage the company. Just lay out the facts of my case, which is the work I’m in.

our toddler’s room carpet got soaked when we tried to clean it ourselves, and nothing we did seemed to dry it out. after two days of using towels and our small carpet cleaner, i finally called this carpet cleaning company and explained what was going on. stanley showed up really quickly with his team, even though i mentioned i wouldn't be able to pay right away. he was very understanding, super friendly, and acted very professional. they worked fast and got everything dried up before it could turn into a bigger problem. it was such a relief to have someone so caring help us out. stanley even gave us a discount because my husband works in public service. can't say enough good things about their quick and thoughtful service.
