The set up was a breeze and the technician was spot on, anything that came up to be an issue was quickly solved. To be fair the DogWatch Inc. do not pay their employees enough. The tech drove all the way out off his normal area just to install the fence for me.The guy who serviced me, and my dogs Jeremy was an absolute Jem. I just have to say thank you to him quick! Thanks J!

We live in a wooded area with deer and squirrels that entice our active dogs. I was leary about Dogwatch but after all is done… my dogs love running in the yard and will not cross the boundary! The installment was fast and they even did the training. Highly recommend!

Great product, best price!! Brett was super easy to work with, after I pestered him a dozen questions we decided on the zone size and the best location to install the unit. The installation was quick and he explained the system in great detail with and without the dog. After his walk through and training it took our dog all of a half day to figure it out and its been working great since.

I have had DogWatch since 2016. It is by far the best purchase I have ever made for my dogs. I live in the country and had 7 acres done. My dogs have room to run and it has kept them safe . I honestly can't say enough good about this. The young man that installed it is so helpful with all my questions and I now have 3 dogs that are safe. Thank you for such a great product.

Kirk of Dog Watch was outstanding by every measure. Responsive to our changing needs (thought we were getting a puppy and ended with an older rescue dog) and fence requirements. We have a hilly and difficult property to fence, but his consultation and suggestions regarding placement were perfect! He was great at training and explaining the details. Our dog loves his area but NEVER goes beyond the perimeter. A total success!!!!

We’ve had DogWatch install fences at both of our houses and I have nothing but good things to say about them and their company. I had two houses done for the price the other guys wanted for just one and I couldn’t be happier.

I will say make sure you listen to the installer as he/she does this for a living and will have some good suggestions about area and location needed for your dog. I’ve had them back to move things around because I though I knew best. If I had done it the way the installer suggested it would have been perfect the first time. I also had them back to train my new dog and the process was easy.

I have recommend Dog Watch to friends and will continue. Everyone I know who’ve had them install a fence is satisfied with the outcome.

The service was outstanding!!! He was honest and timely!! He was not pushy with his product at all and gave me great comparisons with other fences. He helped me train my dog after he was don installing that same day. I followed what he advised as far as how to continue to train and it worked perfect. I was able to leave Winston in the yard alone after 2.5 weeks with no issues at all❤️ This has need by far the best money I have spent! It has also helped tremendously with potty training!

This is the second time we have used the company and it was terrific. I was thrilled that they gave me several options as to the best way to install the fence without limiting my dogs freedom in our large yard. When they came to install they were efficient and the system is working beautifully. The puppy no longer jets out the front door at every opportunity!

Pete and his team have been great. The installed the fence in October. Our Springers turned 6 months old in December and Pete happily came out to finish the set up and assisted with training. Two weeks ago he came to check on our progress and made a great suggestion which has lead to 100% success, the dogs love their yard! Thanks Pete!!!

I checked out a couple of different services, and DogWatch was the clear winner. In addition to being a bit lower in price, Tim went above and beyond, and was just great to work with. He got everything installed quickly, walked through how everything worked, and spent a boat load of time working with me and my pup on training. On top of that, he not only followed up a few days later to see how things were going, he's made it clear that I can reach out for help at any point in time. I'd highly recommend both Tim and DogWatch to anyone.

The collar seems to be effective so far. With squirrels getting active, my Scottie is learning not to chase after them!

Room for improvement: 1. easier on/off dial/switch. 2. make it easier to tell when it needs a charge. 3. More variety of collar colors.

One of our collars came apart from normal wear. I contacted my local dog watch and Michael sent a shipping label right away. Within a week I had a new device. Great customer service.

Lance and Chad, of DogWatch of Southwest Virginia, did a great job of answering all our questions and installing a hidden fence. This has been a great relief for us and our Boxer puppy, as she is now able to run untethered within safe boundaries. She is able to get the exercise and play activity she needs. Absolutely thrilled with DogWatch of the Gulf Coast! I have three labs and a beagle who love to run, and I’ve struggled with keeping them safe near a busy roadway. After numerous escapes using two well-known GPS collar brands, the anxiety of searching for my dogs was unbearable.

A quick email on their website and the process was started. I met with Jeff over the weekend and the following weekend they installed our system within a few hours. His wife went through the training with my wife (I was out of town) and explained everything in detail and showed her how everything worked and could be adjusted. We ended up tweaking some of the settings as we trained our dogs, and they learned within a few days that there’s a no go zone. We have a fenced in yard, but are mainly using this system to keep them out of areas in our backyard that they were tearing up. The whole project went smoothly, was installed as I’d requested and works as advertised. I would use and recommend this company in an instant. 👍🏼💯⭐️

We’re so happy with our dog watch fence, it made such a difference in caring for our dog.
The installation went very quick, and our location was not the easiest as we’re on a peninsula surrounded by water.
Our three year old Australian Labradoodle learned the boundary very quickly.

We have had our DogWatch fence installed 6 years ago and have been very happy with the fence as well as the company. The few issues we have had, (none of which were due to faulty equipment or install) were addressed and resolved very quickly. Great company and great product!

Don & Tyler were super awesome to work with!! They made the entire process of buying the hidden fence a breeze. They were thorough on all the information we needed to know. Training for the dogs went very smoothly, Tyler came out (I think) 3 times to make sure everything was going the way it's designed to. My dogs caught on fairly quickly! I have two 15 month old Bernedoodles. If you have ever met one you know they are loyal, affectionate, loving, very sensitive, and insanely stubborn. We moved to a rural area with 20 acres of woods and a lake. The first week was awful. We got dog watch and gave them access to several acres and the lake at a safe depth (also so they can't run across the lake when it's frozen) and I was really nervous after the first training session that it would take a while for them to understand the boundries. I worked with them several times a day. It only took 3 days for them to be completely on board and they love being able to roam whenever they want in their huge area. They respond to the beeps and turn around before they have to get any escalation. I call the collars their "good girl necklaces" and the can't wait to get them on in the morning because they know it means they get to wander and have their adventures. I get to know they are safe. It has been almost a month and I regret nothing. This has really made our life so much more relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommend this product.

Jay Blankenship has been out to our house several times over the many years we have had our fence to make repairs caused by others and replace collars that were lost. He is always professional, thorough and honest. He cares deeply about the animals the fences are protecting. We highly recommend him and the fence system.
