Dellorfon Electric is worthy of 10 stars. The company is remarkably responsive, and work is skillfully and efficiently completed. All members of this organization are pleasant and professional. I highly recommend.

Not recommended this company at all. My pool lights were not working just because trigged GFI outlet. Electrician suggested to change it and did some regrouping wires work, We agreed. After that, our pool lights sometimes working sometimes not working. We asked the same electrician to come back to have a trouble shot, because he knew what he did to these wires and Fred agreed. But actually he sent two different guys, worked less than 2 hours. At the end they didn't solve the problem and burst my spa lights. Dellorfon billed me over $400+.

Recently used Dellorfon to install new kitchen lights. About a year ago, they also fixed outlets around our house and a few on-off switches. Very timely response, friendly, and a great job at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

I'm in the process of purchasing a property and I was recommended Dellorfon by my realtor to install recessed lighting in the property. I asked for an indicative quote and I provided as much detail as possible but explained that I could not show the property until I took ownership in 2 weeks time. Rather than providing a reasonable quote for a very standard recessed light installation they quoted $20k which was $666 for each individual recessed light. I called to be polite but they believed this was very reasonable and either they find a lot of people to overpay or they charge a ridiculous margin to their customers. Clearly they want to pressure people into on site sales rather than giving a fair indication upfront and I feel this wasted my time. I received other quotes for the more standard range price per individual light of $150-250. Very disappointed, they provide a professional image with their branded vans but that clearly comes with unrealistic profit margins. I would recommend getting other quotes before considering Dellorfon.

Very impressed with the responsiveness of Dellorfon. We needed some electrical work done last minute and they really came through for us. They came out, reviewed the project, and gave us their recommendations for completing the work with minimal impact to our walls/decor. We received a written estimate and scheduled the work. They completed the work efficiently and took good care of our home. Very knowledgeable and pleasant electricians! Highly recommend!

We needed to install a bathroom exhaust fan and our house has old plaster ceilings that are difficult to work with. Dellorfon came out and gave a fair estimate, and then ended up doing the work more efficiently than expected. They did a wonderful job being careful with the ceiling and the exhaust fan works extremely well. I would definitely recommend Dellorfon if you're looking for a good electrician with fair pricing.

Left a message with Donohue Electric about installing an in-wall heater. Ryan called me back promptly. He is polite, professional and honest. He was transparent about the estimated cost and scheduling availability. Ultimately he sent one of his techs, Owen, another earnest and affable gentleman, to commence the job. Owen ran into an unexpected complication, but he and Ryan (who joined via FaceTime) worked together to trouble shoot the issue and complete the job as estimated. Two days later, before I had even paid a penny, Ryan called to make certain I was satisfied and to address any lingering questions.

I have now decided without reservation that Donohue is my go to electrician moving forward. All around good experience.

I was having an issue with my smoke detectors. Ryan was the only electrician that actually took the time to listen to my issue and tried to solve my problem. All the other electricians either blew me off or was telling me to replace them after I told them that I had already done that as part of my troubleshooting process.

Ryan was upfront and honest in our initial conversation, he wanted to help, but his schedule was packed the next few weeks with jobs. However, he still gave a follow up call back to check up on me to see if I got any help and if my issue was resolved. We had a few conversations over the phone and text (even after his work hours!) on things to try to see if it would resolve my issue. Ultimately, it didn’t fix my issue. He had an opening in his schedule where he was able to come and diagnose the issue. It ended up being a wiring issue and I also through some curve balls on the project, which Ryan was really accommodating even with his pack schedule.

Ryan has earned me as a customer for his superior customer service, knowledge as an electrician, and strong work ethic. He also left the job site clean after he was done. I look forward to working with him on future projects and anyone looking for an electrician should consider Ryan for the work.

Ryan was great to work with. I appreciated his fair and transparent pricing, how communicative he was, the neat and clean work he and his apprentice did, his follow up and his overall efficiency. He diagnosed the issue correctly, and suggested the safest solution (esp given my house was 70+ years). I would definitely call him again and would recommend his services to anyone that needs electrical work done in their home.

His quote was fair and beat all of the other competitors. He worked with me to choose materials, providing a transparent process throughout. When it came time to do the work, he got it done promptly and with the utmost quality - our theater looks like it came built into the home! I could not recommend Donahue electric enough - I rarely post reviews, but this company’s professionalism and quality compelled me to do so.

After accidentally overloading a circuit and frying a digital timer that operates the window lighting in my place of business, I purchased a new timer, only to find out that the wiring was very different. Plus the wiring box in our very old building did not have a proper ground. So I called Donohue Electric and Ryan called me back within 5 minutes. Even though it was a small job, Ryan understood the urgency of getting our window lights operating. He was very responsive and came out the next day and installed the new timer. The price was fair and I will have him back to perform some other larger jobs that i have planned for the future.

I’ve used Ryan several times, I’m so relieved to have an electrician that I can trust, he works straight thru and does very conscientious work. I’ve referred him to several of my friends and they’ve been very happy as well! I never feel like I’m being overcharged, I highly recommend Ryan!
