Worth every penny! So glad I had a nursery chair and a stair runner protected, especially with a baby with belly trouble. The protective layer has made clean ups that I can handle easier, and under the 5-year warranty the team has come out same day/next day to help with any messes that did not wipe away with a dry cloth.

I have now used Timmons for about a year and could not be happier with the service and quality of customer service. They come out within the hour and usually quicker when there is a doggie barf or stain that needs attention. I had the rugs cleaned then signed up for the contract to clean spots when called. I have had to call them a couple of times and within 30 minutes they show. Very professional, masks, booties, and respectful as can be in treating my home. Each service representative has been amazing. I am so happy I found Timmins and would recommend them to all!

I thought it would be impossible to get our carpets really clean (think pets, outdoorsy family etc.). Our carpets now look almost brand-new. Timmins Carpet Cleaner came to my home yesterday to clean three large area rugs. The results are amazing! I was so impressed with not only the job they did, but with the friendly and professional service their technician provided.

I had a bad experience with a different carpet cleaning service and called Timmins to have them look at my area rug and see if they could improve upon the stain removal. The experience was night and day from the first company. The Timmins technicians were knowledgeable, friendly and very respectful of my home. They identified damage that was done to my rug by the other service, gave me a realistic expectation of what more they could do and even offered to let me cancel the cleaning if I didn't want to proceed based on their assessment. I'm glad I went ahead with the cleaning. While the stain isn't completely gone (to no fault of them), it's definitely improved. And I received valuable tips about rug maintenance/protection in general. Next time I need a rug or upholstery cleaned, I will only call Timmins.

This has been weighing on me for a while, and I've gone back and forth about whether to speak up or report it. I'm still unsure of what steps I want to take formally, but I feel the community should be aware.
It anyone has used or is considering using Timmins Enterprises (based in Natick), please be cautious. I had them clean a rug in my home some time ago, and one of their technicians entered my bedroom without permission and took a pair of my underwear from my dresser. I discovered this through security camera footage.
I haven't yet decided weather to proceed with the authorities, but I believe others deserve to know so they can make informed choices. No one should have to worry about this kind of violation in their own home.

I recently called Timmins to clean the wall-to-wall carpeting in two of our bedrooms and a 30+ year old area rug that was my grandmother's and is incredibly sentimental to me. Top notch service from the moment I called. Even with my inconsistent work schedule, the cleaning appointment was scheduled within days. Justin arrived right on time and as he walked past an area rug in our family room, he said "May I take a pass at cleaning up that rug?" I said, "No. My dogs have completely destroyed it. I have tried every product I could think of on it and it's long past saving. It's going in the trash." Justin kindly insisted and that trash-bound rug looks BRAND NEW. Every spot was removed, EVERY spot! I wish I had taken a before and after photo as it's truly remarkable and not surprisingly, the carpeting in both bedrooms and my grandmother's rug are impeccably clean, stain-free, and smell so fresh. The same exquisite care was taken in all the carpeting cleaned and you'll find no one more thankful today! Highly recommend.

We moved into a rental in Natick and the carpets had clearly not been professionally cleaned in a long time. We first tried to clean them ourselves, but it only made the carpet look worse and pushed some of the stains deeper into the fibers. Since I have a baby who had just started crawling, I was really worried about letting her play on the floor. I called Pedro for a carpet cleaning estimate, and he came out promptly, explained the process in simple terms, and gave me a fair price. He returned the next day and did an amazing job. The carpet looked refreshed, the stains were lifted, and the whole house felt cleaner. It also smelled fresh without being overpowering, and the carpet felt much better underfoot. Pedro was friendly, professional, and took the time to show me what he was doing, which gave me a lot of confidence in the service. After the deep cleaning, I finally felt comfortable letting my daughter crawl around on the carpet again without worry. Great results, great value, and we will definitely call again for future carpet cleaning services.
