Our experience with Boston Alarm was great from the start. They were able to schedule the job on short notice and got everything done beyond our expectations. They also have a real person answer the phone when you call which is great. Will definitely be using their services for future needs!

Boston Alarm replaced our southie condo building's common area fire alarm panel and in-unit sounders. The team was helpful, communicative and had very quick turnaround. We would recomment them for fire/smoke detection needs. Thank you!

Boston Alarm is doing a good-size fire alarm job for me in Dorchester. They are the best subs I have had on this project so far. The owner is responsive and made sure everybody was on the same page before we got started. The crew is hardworking and knowledgeable and they clearly care to get things done right.

Just as important, especially with fire alarm work, they also do a good job in dealing with the administrative end of the job (permits, engineers, BFD etc.) And their price was among the most competitive I got out of 3 bids. As of 11/22 the company's website is not great but that's not a good representation of the company. Highly recommended.

I hired NEC Electric for a circuit breaker issue at my house, that had been continuously tripping. I was surprised at how quick they were able to send an electrician out to fix the problem. The electrician was very professional and took the extra time to explain the issue. I wish that I would have called them sooner.
