Paul License installed a heat pump setup composed of 2 outdoor compressors and 7 indoor units at my house in Needham, MA. Paul did an excellent job mapping out where to position the units and run all the necessary conduits. His attention to detail was outstanding - meaning that he did the job right. I appreciated his help getting us up to speed on how heat pumps operate and how to use heat pumps to suite our needs.

Delighted and relieved to give Paul our highest recommendation. We discovered a leak in a pipe above our water heater in the basement - by luck caught it in time to prevent serious damage, but it was 2PM on a Saturday and we had turned off the water main to prevent additional leaking. Paul responded to our post on the Needham website and said he could help us. He showed up as promised and quickly fixed the problem, charging a very reasonable rate. Our house guests (and we!) now have water again, and what could have been a long wait to find someone to help turned out to be just a few hours. Pleasant, professional, prompt - we'll be happy to call him again for our next homeowner adventure.

Paul did an excellent job replacing our air compressor for our AC. Very professional. First class workmanship. He is very intelligent, resourceful, and polite. Very responsive to our needs. The job wound up being far more complex than initially expected due to the faulty workmanship of the company that installed the furnace. Paul was able to resolve the problems and really deliver. Highly recommend.

Paul definitely knows what he is doing and did an excellent job replacing an oil furnace and an electric resistance heater by installing two Bosch state of the art heat pumps. The work he did, including total duct replacement, was phenomenal and received compliments from other contractors working in the house. His attention to detail and the fact he always looks for perfection are reassuring. I highly recommend Paul’s services!

Amazing service !!! Paul is awesome !! He came right out when I called him and did a better cleaning job than I could ever do ! He pulled a damn jar out of my chimney ! If it wasn’t for him my whole family would have had co2 poisoning or much worse .. thank you so much Paul for all your help 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Paul came out after our central air system died suddenly and our house became very warm quickly. He came out quickly, did an extremely thorough job and gave some long term suggestions to maintain and prevent the same problem again.

Paul is very meticulous and does pristine work. He’s very professional, easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I’ve had him install a ductless mini split in my office and annual maintenance on all my cooling systems. I plan to have him do all future work and maintenance going forward. A pipe in our home started to leak due to a builder mistake 20 years ago. Paul was available and incredibly accommodating to our last minute need. He made sure to fix the issue and educate us on the options for further repairs, just in case anything else pops up.

Paul was very responsive to my calls and texts and was able to service my A/C unit right away - which in the heat was super important to me! He went above and beyond in his service - for example, he laid down sheets to protect my floors, and he swept and vacuumed after he completed service. He was very informative about what he was doing and took a lot of photos for documentation as well. Very fair and didn't try to upsell. Would use him again!

Highly recommend Paul! We had an emergency and he came right out. This was our first time using Paul and it won't be our last. He was highly recommended on Facebook and that is where I found him. He recommended we look into Mass Save for A/C installation and we are in the process of doing that. It is no surprise to me that he has all 5 star review.

Paul installed our heat pump this November, 2023. He was incredibly responsive at all times of the day and evening to my questions regarding not just the installation details but how to access the no-interest loan and rebate available for heat pump customers via MassSave. I can't imagine any contractor who could care more about his client's needs. Paul is the best!

Paul is such a gem - he’ll be our HVAC go-to for life. We had a five year old system with a handful of issues that previous technicians either couldn’t figure out or unfortunately made worse. With our heat not working in the dead of winter, Paul was so responsive, diligent, and skillful of fixing the problems for us. Yesterday with temps close to 90 degrees I had a leak in my kitchen ceiling from the central AC unit in the attic. I called Paul who immediately picked up his phone and told me he would be there same day which shocked me figuring it would be at least a week to hear back from somebody. Paul arrived in the afternoon and was able to diagnose the source of the leak and spent close to 3 hours in a steamy attic to resolve. He did great work and was meticulous putting down drop cloths. I would highly recommend Paul for any central AC issues.

Paul came to our rescue when our A/C unit died and we couldn’t have been happier with the choice of going with him. He was very prompt in his responses and among the 3 other companies we received a quote from, he was the most respectful, knowledgeable, and thorough person to help us. He installed our system in 2 days in a very tricky/tight space and we couldn’t recommend him more!

Paul came out today to help with an emergency. After a long day, he came by at 6:30 PM (on a Friday….on his birthday) and still took his time going through the system and making sure he fixed it right the first time. He made suggestions but wasn’t pushy and was able to explain everything in detail, so we could understand each step.
