We have an older HVAC system with an unusual setup that needed serious attention, including a clogged drain line and a filthy evaporator coil that hadn’t been cleaned in far too long. I reached out to Paul with some photos, and he responded quickly and came by to take a look and provide an estimate. He was willing to jump in right away to get us back into working order. Paul worked into the evening to get everything cleaned and running properly, and he was extremely thorough. The unit was exceptionally clean inside when he was finished, and the final total was within the range he originally quoted. He also shared before-and-after photos, explained everything clearly, and took great care to clean up thoroughly when he was done. He even followed up the next day to make sure everything was still running well. Overall, a very professional experience and someone I will absolutely call again.

I was very pleased with Paul from his initial assessment of what would work best for my needs, the very professional installation in terms of how well the units fit in, and finally the time he took to make sure I could then work the system on the mobile app. I will consider Paul for any future work that I am thinking about given his multiple trade certificates that allow him to undertake most home maintenance from A to Z!

Paul is great! He came to my house to give a second opinion on a leaky A/C unit. Gave a very thorough assessment and helpful informative advice. He even followed up with us multiple times to check if our problem was fixed.

Additionally, our plumber that we've worked with for more than 20 years also recommended him, so the bar was set high from the beginning and he surpassed our expectations. He clearly knows what he's doing, is professional and able to assess the situation to provide a customized approach. He was extremely neat and organized which is important when you have a contractor coming into your home for multiple days. We were very pleased with the installation of our 2-head artic split and condenser. We plan to use him again for future work.

Highly recommend this company. Our heat shut down on a 9 degree day. Boiler/heating system was 30 years old . 14 hours later , including work up until 1 am, the heat was fixed! Fair pricing , honesty , great work ethic and super friendly! We were a new customer, called after reading other reviews as this was our first hvac issue since moving in 3 years ago.

We had no heat since the storm of 26. Nobody would come out. They kept telling us okay next day. Next day, next day, next day nobody ever would come out. But Paul from elements, mechanical, he came, he's my superhero right now. He got our heat working, he got us hot water. Ohh, I can't tell you what a savior. He is. I recommend him because he wasn't going to quit until he got my heat going.
