Fantastic team! They always arrive within 24 hours of my call and are consistently punctual or even early! They installed a new furnace and AC unit for us in just one day! They kept everything super clean throughout the process. They prioritized the work since we have a little one at home. William, Clayton, and Oliver handled the installation, and Oliver was the one who assessed our need for a new unit. They are incredibly friendly and take the time to explain everything they're doing! The office staff is fantastic and very kind. Since inspections are scheduled with just a day's notice between 8-5, they made sure to keep us updated on our place in line so we could step out for a bit if needed! I would highly recommend them 100%!

Our go-to team for furnace repair and maintenance has always been the one we've been using for years. Just the other day, our furnace stopped producing warm air. I got in touch with Clayton, and they had someone at our home in less than half an hour. Turns out, we had a faulty capacitor. But no worries, it was replaced swiftly and our heat was up and running within an hour of contacting Clayton. I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt this one was well deserved. I had an appointment scheduled with Harmony Heating & Air Conditioning to have my furnace checked and repaired. I was happy to get a call from the technician, Jace, before the scheduled time to let me know he was on his way. Jace arrived, took a look at the furnace, and found a fuse that needed to be replaced. After swapping it out and testing the power, the furnace worked for a few minutes but then stopped again. Jace did more troubleshooting and discovered the problem was with the module. He replaced the module, but the first one didn’t fit. Luckily, he had another module in his van, and this one worked perfectly. We left the furnace running and the heat was back! I really appreciate Jace’s hard work and dedication to finishing the job, especially since I had another company tell me that repair wasn’t possible and tried to push me into buying a whole new furnace. Jace was honest about the real issue and explained each step as he fixed it.
