Quality of work is very good - if they show up. After taking the morning off for an appointment that’s been in the books for two weeks, I am sitting here NOT surprised they have blown past the scheduled appt time. I’m only surprised at myself for giving them the benefit of the doubt (having been in this situation before). I’m skeptical they will show up. And they won’t call either. It’s the customer that has to chase them down. I’m done.

Happy that McDonnell solved a tricky issue for me. Before contacting McDonnell, I had a different plumber come out, but they couldn't locate the part needed to make a repair. Not only did McDonnell find the part, but they kept me informed via email/text throughout the process.

I called McDonnell Plumbing & Heating this morning, expecting to hear that I'd have to wait a day or two to have my broken pipe repaired. Instead I received an incredibly prompt response followed by excellent work.

I've owned homes for many years. Therefore, I've had occasion to deal with plumbers. By far, McDonnell Plumbing & Heating are THE BEST in the business! I'm grateful to have found them and will go no where else in the future!

They repaired my toilet clogging. They identified it was not only a clogging problem but also a toilet leakage. The service is a little expensive, but I acknowledge that we solved my problem. I would suggest a better communication on the time of arrival.

This review is based on my most recent service on September 2023. I would say that they have done a better job compared with before.

There is room for improvement (I might rate 4.5 if I could), but as a local plumbing business I will probably continue to choose their service again.

Anthony DiPalmo (Tony) is so great to work with! He communicates very well and is truly dedicated to his field. We really appreciate his follow ups and professionalism with all our residents.

Zack came to my house to fix a clogged sink which he did with no problem, but also took the time to talk over some of the renovations I was considering and walk me through the plumbing issues I might run into. I really appreciated that because it was the perspective I needed to finalize some major decisions. Highly recommend.

Came in to do a job the big business “professionals” said they couldn’t (wouldn’t) do, and did it like it was easy! Absolutely recommend!

HORRIBLE, if any of my staff were ever to speak or treat any of my customers the way the receptionist did when I called this morning I will FIRE them on the spot. You should definitely revaluate you’re staff.

Rude receptionist. Laughed at me the entire time I was trying to schedule an appointment because I thought she couldn’t hear me. Really really rude. These guys have worked for us before and do a phenomenal job but they need to get rid of the receptionist who had zero concept of customer service and basic decency.

Zack was great, easy to schedule and gave a range of options for services we needed. Will use again!

Minutes and went over to investigate my problem with no charge. Clearly someone who believes in customer service and doing the right thing which is hard to find. Will be using him for future jobs…

Zach was professional and thorough. Our situation was very complicated and took the time to make sure everything was installed in a safe manner.

10/10 would recommend zach. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable on the issue we had with an old drain in my clients house. Would highly recommend for all heating and plumbing issues.

Zack is knowledgeably, efficient plumber. I had bathroom remodel job that he did the rough plumbing to bring in the new sewer line, and hot/cold water and installed all the hardwares for the new shower., and got inspected by town inspector. He surely knows what he is doing quickly, and efficiently. I could not find a better plumber. He is a very busy man. Thanks.

Excellent service!!! We had our fireplace converted into gas. When we originally called, Zack immediately returned our phone call that day and came out the next day to quote the job which was very reasonable. He came into our home and immediately we so his strong work ethics. He got right to work and did not stop, unless we had a question, until the job was complete. And what a fabulous job he did. We HIGHLY recommend Needham Plumbing and Heating. Great and smooth experience from beginning to end. Wish only more companies would take a page from his book.

Zack, owner Needham Plumbing and Heating, replaced a water shut off on the washer and tweaked a couple of plumbing problems this morning. Very efficient, arrived in a predetermined window of time, pleasant, willing to offer solutions to plumbing issues. Absolutely Recommend.

Needham plumbing is the best, always reliable when you call and communicative. Zack is responsive, kind and trustworthy.

Zack is has helped us on a few occasions with big and small tasks, even on short notice when we found a leak in our kitchen. He’s very responsive, thorough, and fair. Would highly recommend!
