They are very professional and courteous . Anytime we have needed them they have gotten here as quickly as possible . I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

I had a terrible experience with one of their plumbers. He was totally unprofessional and never finished the job. Two months later I've still not heard from them about finishing something that they were looking into parts for.

Have used McDonnell Plumbing & Heating several times. They are always very thorough and you notice how much they care about their work.

Quality of work is very good - if they show up. After taking the morning off for an appointment that’s been in the books for two weeks, I am sitting here NOT surprised they have blown past the scheduled appt time. I’m only surprised at myself for giving them the benefit of the doubt (having been in this situation before). I’m skeptical they will show up. And they won’t call either. It’s the customer that has to chase them down. I’m done.

Happy that McDonnell solved a tricky issue for me. Before contacting McDonnell, I had a different plumber come out, but they couldn't locate the part needed to make a repair. Not only did McDonnell find the part, but they kept me informed via email/text throughout the process.

I called McDonnell Plumbing & Heating this morning, expecting to hear that I'd have to wait a day or two to have my broken pipe repaired. Instead I received an incredibly prompt response followed by excellent work.

I've owned homes for many years. Therefore, I've had occasion to deal with plumbers. By far, McDonnell Plumbing & Heating are THE BEST in the business! I'm grateful to have found them and will go no where else in the future!

They repaired my toilet clogging. They identified it was not only a clogging problem but also a toilet leakage. The service is a little expensive, but I acknowledge that we solved my problem. I would suggest a better communication on the time of arrival.

This review is based on my most recent service on September 2023. I would say that they have done a better job compared with before.

There is room for improvement (I might rate 4.5 if I could), but as a local plumbing business I will probably continue to choose their service again.

We had a new system installed over the winter and needed to have the AC prepped for the season. Our technician, CJ, was professional and so very polite! He made sure the system was up and running. I appreciate that he made sure didn’t have any questions before he left. We highly recommend Endless Energy for all your HVAC needs!

The guys who installed the split systems were very professional and arrived on time. Ray was very kind and respectful, and he explained very well how the split systems worked, both for cooling and heating. The split systems look great and, above all, are very efficient. Excellent work.

Ray and the Vivavolt team have completed three major projects at our home, including a complete panel upgrade, wiring our kitchen for new high voltage appliances, and more recently a completely new sub panel and electrical system for our attic. Ray is prompt and professional at every stage of the project. His team’s work is clean and high quality, at a reasonable price. (I especially appreciated Anton’s high speed internet tips) I look forward to working with this crew for years to come. Highly recommend!

I appreciate that Ray and his team came to my rescue so quickly. The units were installed in less then a week.

The contractors were super aware and cautious about closing doors and our yard fences so that our dogs would not accidently escape.

His team made sure to communicate what was being done room by room.

They also cleaned up the work spaces as they moved through my home and as they finished up for the day.

As a first time home owner, and my first time needing a contractor - I appreciate the customer service they provided.
