Incredibly efficient from start to finish. I called at 9:30pm on a Friday for a clogged sink and at 8:30am on Saturday Justin was snaking out the line. He was terrific. Very professional. Will use again.

Stu unclogged a major blockage in bathroom tub and sink draining system and also installed a new flushing mechanism for the toilet , to include a trip to component supplier for mechanism upgrades He’d did a great job across the board and was very good explaining the rationale and process he was implementing…all with friendly and confident demeanor Best service I ever had

My repair technician JJ was EXCELLENT!! He was professional and courteous. He showed he really cared about exemplar customer service. He identified and fixed my problem quickly and efficiently.

A plumber from Roto-Rooter named Kyle came to my house an hour late to look at a leaking toilet and quoted me $710 for a full rebuild. The next day, another licensed plumber from a different company diagnosed the problem in less than a minute, it was just the fill valve; and replaced it in five minutes for $150. The toilet now works perfectly. I still had to pay Roto-Rooter a $100 trip fee, but I felt they tried to sell me unnecessary work. Be cautious and always get a second opinion.

Justin, the service person/tech, couldn’t have been nicer and more efficient. He clearly explained what he was going to do and who else would be coming to our home to clean up and do additional plumbing work. He also sold us a product that would help keep our drains clear. I called first thing in the morning and they were at the house within an hour. Very nice tech named Roy did an awesome job, cleaned up after himself and explained everything along the way. I would definitely call them again.

I went online to root-rooter because our toilet wouldn’t flush. I tried to plunge it to no avail. I made an appt online which was very quick. They gave me 3 two hour windows to choose from. I picked 4-6. A woman from the company called me and said Ralph should be arriving in 45 min. This was all same day. Ralph was great he explained everything in detail gave me a price and it took him probably 30 min total. I would definitely recommend and I would use them again for sure! Thank you!
