Absolutely brilliant mind for design. Not only does Ohan know how to build, he knows how to create the space, draw it, and plan it before he and his team go to work. It is incredibly reassuring!

We hired Atlas to renovate our living room. Not only did Ohan listen to our ideas/concerns and provide his own suggestions, but he was very flexible when we wanted to use a couple of our contractors instead of his own. This allowed us to remain within our budget, but required additional project management and oversight from Ohan and his team, which he graciously provided. Along the way, existing structural issues were found, which were quickly discussed with us and resolved satisfactorily. Not only was our project on-time and within budget, but when we required support from Ohan after the project was completed he was always very responsive. I have and continue to recommend Ohan and his team to anyone, as they truly go above and beyond to accommodate their customers.

Where do I begin? I have worked with several builders in the last 5 years and Atlas Contracting is by far the highest quality builder. Ohan is so transparent and a pleasure to work with. He is always available and goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are happy. One of the biggest perks at Atlas is getting to work with a Professional Designer. She helps make all those hard choices, easy! I was a bit surprised that it was so easy. In such a major life event, I couldn’t recommend someone better!
