I needed to empty a 2 bedroom apartment in Cambridge and had a recommendation to contact Junk Shark Junk Removal. Dillan from Junk Shark Removal showed a high level of responsiveness, flexibility and professionalism during the whole process, and my overall experience with Junk Shark Junk Removal was truly a 5 star experience.

We used Junk Shark this week to empty the contents of a one bedroom apartment in Acton. This was a time sensitive job and Dillan gave us an estimate within 24 hours and the job was.completed the next day. The price was more than reasonable, especially given the short notice, and we couldn’t have been happier with the results. I can’t recommend Dillan and the Junk Shark team highly enough!

Hired Junk Shark twice now and would do so again. They are the most careful, clean, considerate, communicative and kind folks I've hired to do any sort of moving or household help. Not only did I have them remove junk to dispose, they helped me move things around in the house, making sure to take pictures off the walls for safety, wrap items, and they were so careful! I also had them help us reorganize our messy storage unit. I will hire them again and again as we continue our process of reorganizing and downsizing. Just the very best experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Junk Shark and especially Dillon (with his helper) did a super job removing a ton of stuff from my house yesterday. He was incredibly responsive and helpful with scheduling, kept in touch with me before hand to send photos and discuss the reasonable price he gave me to remove my 300 lb 1964 potter's kiln. I added to that a huge amount of junk--heavy warped doors, ancient window weights, large wooden freight boxes, a broken Formica table, and lots more--from cleaning out the basement of my 19th century house. He and his helper worked hard and efficiently, were creative in figuring out how to get the kiln out of the basement, and did a great job cleaning up after they were through. I couldn't recommend him more highly without any qualification.

Dillan and Kevin from Junk Shark Junk Removal were great! They came and cleaned out my garage, including demoing the shelves. Reasonably priced and easy to work with. And now I can open the passenger door on my car inside my garage!

They booked me an appointment for a simple home dryer vent cleaning at the exorbitant rate of $300+, with a three hour time window. They never put me in contact with their technician and the technician never showed up. The scheduler answering the phone promised to get me an update but never did, and then stopped answering my periodic calls looking for an update.

The next company I tried after this one quoted me a rate of half the amount, and their time window was only one hour, not forcing me to sit on my butt and wait for three hours for a no-show. Don't waste your time and money on this company.

We recently moved into our house, and every time the furnace turned on, a dusty smell spread through the rooms. I hired this company, and the difference is incredible. The techs showed me clumps of dust and even small bits of insulation they pulled out. They were respectful of our home, wore shoe covers, and cleaned up after themselves. Now the air feels so much fresher, and I don’t smell that old, stale odor anymore. Worth every dollar.
