We had a very unpleasant experience with Mario.

First off, he made a careless yet costly mistake of improperly fastening two segments of a pipe such that every time we did laundry, the poorly fastened connector would cause a fountain of water to fill our basement.
Secondly, just recently we discovered that the plumbing work he did outside also resulted in a fountain-like burst of water any time we would turn on our sprinkler system. It's my understanding that a plumber's work is suppose to last more than just for the summer season.

What outraged us the most was his utterly rude, unprofessional and juvenile response and complete refusal to own up to his mistake when I contacted him and made him aware of the fact that his service left our plumbing worse than it had originally been. The least he could have done is promptly called me back and apologized instead of yelling at my wife with his bluntly sexist attitude.
The other day I left him a polite voicemail addressing the second problem. Unsurprisingly, he chose not to return my phone call.

In the middle of a very very cold snap, my boiler's pilot light went out for the umpteenth time. I decided to replace the boiler since replacing the individual parts that needed replacing was going to cost quite a bit. I began calling around and Mario was the only one who offered to come out right away to provide an estimate. His estimate was very reasonable and the work was done within just a few business days. Mario and his colleague Alex were incredibly kind and professional, and Maria was wonderful to work with as well. I'm so grateful to have found Panza Plumbing and look forward to working with them in the future. I unequivocally recommend them.
