Booked 128 Plumbing for routine boiler maintenance. Our technician Esteban was prompt, communicative, professional and efficient! He took the time to answer all of our questions and we received great service. Will definitely be booking them again.

The 128PHCE Technician Jeff F. who came to my house was knowledgeable, courteous, smiling , and very professional. Very pleased with Nick Roy 128 plumber visit today. My tenant reported to me that garbage disposal was not working and concern if there was a leak under sink area and adjacent cabinet. Nick Roy answered all my questions, searched extensively for problems and verified things are actually in good working order. I'm very satisfied to have all concerns resolved.

Was not getting hot water from tankless water heater. Technician stayed until he was able to speak with manufacturer of the unit to make he did everything recommended. Once complete he left and returned few minutes later to run all hot water faucets to insure running properly. Wonderful technique and service.

Esteban was friendly and professional. He did a great job of explaining to me about the problems that were found by a technician from a different company. He quoted me the costs of replacing them. I found that the cost was reasonable and I could afford it. He went to the supply room and got the parts and replaced them for me at no time. I became a member of 128 Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric.

Justin, the crew, and the woman who initially answered my call (while I was in a panic) were awesome. Justin was very knowledgeable, kind, and explained everything thoroughly. The problem was identified after hours in the evening and I had a new hot water heater the next day. Great service - would highly recommend!

Nick Roy was awesome. He took his time to call me prior to coming out, in order to understand the problem we've been having. Once he arrived, he was careful to check every problem that we had. He was very clear in communicating what the problem was and we now have a better understanding of our system. It's great having someone as knowledgeable and patient as he was!

128 came to install a mini split in our attic. The technicians worked with us to make sure the various pieces were installed in ways that were efficient and effective but also as aesthetically pleasing as possible. Everyone was very kind and helpful and made sure to answer any questions I had. Overall a great experience!

Jeff K was amazing! He came out for an emergency repair at 7am on a Sunday and fixed everything so quickly. He is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Another great team member at 128.

Jeff arrived promptly the same day we called due to clogged plumbing and sewage smell in the house. He clearly is an expert in his field, diagnosed the problems with our plumbing and proposed a longterm fix. We have roots growing into our outdoor plumbing pipe causing the backup. I recommend this company and will use them again when needed in the future.

Jeff and Steve came out to fix our sewer line which was backflowing. They were very considerate and patiently explained the problem and causes. They outlined several different options for fixing the issue with different costs and expected outcomes. Despite it being an expensive repair, I never felt pressured to rush into a decision, and Jeff even encouraged me to call some places in the area if I wanted to get other estimates.

We have been connected with 128 Plumbing since we bought our home last November and have had a few major things done including pipe lining, an on demand hot water system as well as some new pipes and a water filtration system. At every visit we have been met with very knowledge, professional technicians and administrators. Today's visit was an inspection and cleaning of our A/C splits and once again the service was friendly and thorough, the team communicated effectively all throughout the process and I have clear actionable next steps. If I had only one word to describe our experience with 128 it would be trustworthy.

As I am part of 128 plumbing maintenance plan, had a courtesy (no charge) visit from Nick Roy from 128 Plumbing. He checked our sewer lines to make sure there are no impending issues. It’s a great service for peace of mind. I didnt know it was included as part of our service.

We recently had two excellent experiences with 128 Plumbing. Joe came out to clean and service our air handler, and Stephen diagnosed and replaced our drainwater pump. Both were fast, courteous, and incredibly thorough. They took the time to explain everything to me before, during, and after the work, which gave me complete confidence in the service.

Because of the great experience and attention to detail, we signed up for the membership plan, and I’m glad we did. Moving into a new home comes with plenty of little surprises, but Joe and Stephen have made the transition so much easier. Instead of stressing about repairs, I know I’m in good hands with 128 Plumbing.

Jeff was amazing. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. What he accomplished in two hours, another company wasn’t able to accomplish over multiple visits. He made the process for setting up additional services quick and simple and now we will have a permanent fix to the issue. Jeff even went above and beyond by cleaning up some of the mess created by our plumbing issue.

This is the second year that I've had Esteban from 128PHCE visit my condo for seasonal maintenance for heating/cooling systems. He clearly communicated his observations, worked quickly, kept the work area very clean, and answered all of my questions. While 128PHCE is not be the least expensive vendor for this work, their much higher level of service more than justifies the modest premium. I will definitely be renewing the heating+cooling service plan next year.

Had a clogged kitchen drain that needed longer snaking. Called 128 Plumbing since they recently did an amazing job on a few other projects for me including a new heat pump. I also had the base+ membership plan, so we got a little discount, although this specific service was definitely still on the pricier side compared to their other services, and other providers. Jeff F was the drain and sewer specialist that came out, and he was able to resolve the issue quickly. He was very professional and helpful with a few recommendations for preventative maintenance going forward. Very pleasant experience!

Craig 128 did superlative repair work for us on our gas furnace. From communicating about the problem, to assessment, diagnosis, repair plan, and finally to the repair itself—Craig was super informative, skillfully translating all technical info for us.
