Plumbing reviews in North Andover, Massachusetts

Shawn replaced our boiler and water heater a few years back. The project was completed efficiently with no surprises. Both have been working fantastically, so he was our first choice when we needed some other, unreleated plumbing work this year. He is responsive, clearly knows his stuff and is happy to explain everything.

Shawn is an outstanding craftsman and his knowledge is second to none. He gets right to the problem at hand and is persistent to makes sure the right things get done well even when to the point of ensuring Columbia Gas fixed a bad regulator outside my house! He recommended and installed a high-efficiency heating/water heater system and it has been a major upgrade and cost savings. He is very responsive, close-by (North Andover) and I highly recommend him!

I appreciate that Shawn was determined to make sure I had the correct fix and in a timely manner. He was eager to share his knowledge and explain what was going on, and what I could do to prevent it next time. He also spent time to talk through other common issues I may experience and what to do about them. I am happy I called Shawn to address my water heater issue

Shawn was able to fit me in at the last minute and then while working on our boiler, took the time to teach me about it so that I could better manage it in the future. He was super helpful, generous, and kind! Highly recommend!!

Shawn did great work at a good price. To quote another (not affiliated with Shawn) professional plumber: "You got the Cadillac of boilers, and whoever installed it really knew what they were doing." - that's exactly what I thought, but I was happy to hear another professional say it. And the price was fair. I would definitely work with Shawn again.

Shawn was great from The get-go. Pleasant to deal with, on time and very professional very knowledgeable work would hire again in a minute.

Excellent and Fast Service! Shawn came to my house and replaced the hot water tank for me. It was fast and easy. Shawn is knowledgeable about what he is doing. Very nice guy and easy to communicate through text. Would recommend you if are in the Boston/North Shore area.

Shawn is extremely knowledgeable about all things plumbing and hvac. I have a very old house that required removal and replacement of my cast iron pipes in the walls and ceiling that could make a mess of everything during the process. My home was left clean daily and the plumbing has worked flawlessly, even during my busiest summer rental season yet. Punctual, trustworthy and professional all the way and he will save you money vs. the other guys who claim they will. He’ll be the man I call when I am ready for my mini split systems for sure.

Shawn has been my go to plumber for 4+ years now. I have a Buderus heating system and he was the only reputable expert in the area for that system I could find and has been nothing but amazing to work with! It’s hard to find someone who provides reliable quality services these days but Shawn has consistently always been very responsive and if it’s an emergency (i.e. heat/hot water not working) he makes sure to come that same day and get everything back up and running. He is also very knowledgeable and takes the time to actually explain what the issues are and explain how the actual system works. On top of being reliable, punctual and performing high quality work, he is also fair and reasonably priced, highly recommend to anyone in need of plumbing services!

Shawn is an amazing person to work with. His knowledge is second to none and he gets right to the problem at hand. I had him install a high-efficiency heating system and this has been a major upgrade over my old boiler. It runs cheaper, more quietly and uses much less energy. He is very responsive and it's a good feeling knowing he's close-by and available for future work. Highly recommended!

I was so fortunate to find Shawn after my high efficiency boiler had a major malfunction resulting in flooding shortly after it had been serviced by another local plumber. Shawn responded rapidly and immediately knew the source of the issue and the proper fix. He completed the service quickly and was able to repair what was needed, saving me the cost of having to replace the entire boiler. It has been functioning perfectly since then. I trust him implicitly for all of our plumbing and heating needs. He is top-notch!
