I waited two weeks to get an appointment. My service window was 8 AM to 5 PM so I had to take the day out of work. They called me at 2 o’clock and told me they could not make it and wanted to reschedule me in another two weeks unprofessional, very poor service. Would not recommend them or use them again.

The technician arrived within the time window and called to give me a more specific time of arrival.
He listened to my assessment of what needed to be fixed and fixed it within 10 minutes. He also explained what I could do next time I have the same problem.

They were professional. I used them before and would use again. Was kept up to date on when the service person would arrive. It did get updated a few times but it was still within original timeframe. Quote to fix the machine due to the parts needed was expensive so opted to just buy a new dryer instead of repairing this one.
