Flooring reviews in North Attleborough, Massachusetts

Highly recommend! They did an amazing job at cleaning all the makeup and paint my daughter got on her light gray carpet! It looks brand new now!

Kim is excellent at the showroom in Plainville. Very nice, patient and knowledgeable. Our installation went very well, too. Professional workers who did their job well. I would most definitely recommend Houle’s Floor Covering.

When we needed new rugs installed upstairs by a certain date, Houle's came through. The installation crew was professional, friendly, efficient and finished the job in one day. The whole upstairs looks amazing! I can't recommend them highly enough and will definitely use them again..

We had Houle's install about 270 sq. ft. of LVP for a basement renovation. The whole experience was positive from start to finish. Kim was very helpful in helping us select a floor. Daryl came to measure and answered all of our questions. Steve and his assistant did a very efficient install and solved a couple of issues that popped up. They went the extra mile and installed flooring under the stairs in a little storage area I had created that was not part of the original install without my asking them to. I would not hesitate to use Houle's again or recommend them to others.

This is the second time we've used DRL and have been quite happy with the results. The work was done quickly, professionally, and met all our expectations. We will not hesitate to call on DRL again.

Doing business with DRL Carpet was effortless; they are efficient and prompt. They come when they say they will, give you a heads up when they are coming, give you an estimate ahead of time (prices are fair), and return phone calls in a timely fashion. Can’t say this about many businesses nowadays. I will definitely be referring them to my friends and family!

The DRL crew did an amazing job with my carpets and stairs. They were courteous, prompt and completed the work just as promised.

We had a very positive experience with DRL carpet! The customer service in the store was fantastic and the installers were very professional and thorough! Our kitchen floor looks amazing.

Efficient, personable, excellent customer service. Darrell did an outstanding job stretching our 7 year-old carpet. We would definitely use DRL again for all our flooring needs.

Other companies should take a page out of DRL's book! They are incredible! From the moment you call until the job is finished, they are friendly, professional and do an amazing job. PLUS, they give you a "goodie bag" with a spot cleaner and....wait for it...cookies and a tootsie pop!

I had a great experience with DRL. Kim was extremely knowledgeable and helped me pick out new flooring. The installers were extremely professional and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend DRL if you are looking to replace your flooring

We decided to update our living room and, while I was looking forward to the change, I dreaded having to pick out paint and carpeting as it is not something I have a talent for. Fortunately, someone recommended I stop by DRL in North Attleboro. Kim was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is a seasoned professional who listened carefully and then made excellent recommendations on which carpets would work best for our application. I highly recommend visiting DRL and speaking with Kim if you, like me, struggle with design choices.

Houle's recently finished installing tile in our foyer and carpeting throughout our 2-story colonial home. The quality of the materials and the installation by Steve and Raphael really impressed us. They worked very efficiently and their attention and concern for detail was phenomenal - especially on the stairwells. They are true professionals who establish great rapport with customers. The job completely changed the look and feel of the house. We highly recommend Houle's to anyone with carpeting/flooring needs. * Special thanks to Kim for helping us to find the perfect carpet and flooring. Everything looks beautiful !

DRL did a great job with our carpet installation. Friendly service all the way through the process, from selecting the carpet to installation day. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with DRL. Kyle spent a good amount of time with me explaining my options, and the installers were prompt and professional. I highly recommend DRL.

I was very impressed with the quality of work. The project was intricate with a lot of cuts and angles. This was a bound project which was most likely very challenging. They did an amazing job.

We highly recommend DRL carpeting. From the sales team to the installers everyone we worked with were professional, pleasant and easy to work with. Pricing is reasonable and the product excellent. This company seems like one of those rare companies where they enjoy their jobs and engaging with customers. A pleasure.

Tried DRL for the first time removing old carpet during a renovation and then installing new carpeting in its place once renovation was done. Great company to work with. Meticulous about the installation. Highly Recommend! I know we'll be using them again.

From Kim to Daryl to Brian and Eric, my experience with DRL was nothing less than perfect. Friendly, cooperative and knowledgeable with a work ethic one can appreciate. The installation of rugs throughout my home was one of the best experience ever! Beautiful work throughout has made me a very happy and thankful customer. I personally recommend DRL if you want the job done right.

We recently had carpets installed on our stairway & bedrooms. The results far exceeded our expectations. Steve & Raphael are very professional & take pride in their work. They were so accommodating with helping us move furniture and genuinely wanted us to be satisfied. Kim was so personable and helpful with selection and scheduling. Overall Wonderful Experience! I highly recommend DRL for your flooring needs.

DRL carpet did a great job installing our kitchen flooring and two bedrooms with carpeting. They were able to buff out a scratch that we had made when moving our refrigerator back in place which saved us from having to replace pieces of the flooring. They work efficiently, clean up carefully, and check in consistently while completing the job to ensure customer satisfaction. We couldn't be happier with our new flooring.
