Tiago and his team did an excellent job renovating my bathroom. They are timely and excellent at their work: electric, pluming, tiling, and were able to listen to what my idea were. The work with care and detail following the city’s protocols. I strongly recommend them.

We were introduced to Tiago by one of the designers at a local Kitchen and Bath store. It was a great experience working with Tiago and his team for our first major Kitchen renovation project. He was very professional and responsive from day one. He provided a fair quote based on the kitchen cabinets design and delivered on time. His entire team was courteous and great to work with. They made sure our place stayed livable throughout the project. When few issues came up during the cabinets install process, Tiago provided options and addressed those to our full satisfaction. He was open and honest for an additional scope and delivered it with a very reasonable change order. Thank you Tiago, Junia and your entire team for a great job done for renovating our kitchen!!!

We used Spring Home Improvement to redo our master bathroom, closet, and bedroom floor, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From the start, Tiago stood out from other contractors we spoke with. He came up with a creative plan that gave us more space in the bathroom without sacrificing closet space, which was a huge win.

One of the things we appreciated most was that Tiago didn’t just say “yes” to everything we asked for. Instead, he had thoughtful conversations with us about the pros and cons of different options and always gave his recommendation. That balance of listening and advising helped us make decisions we feel great about, and it shows in the final result—we truly love the way every detail came out and continue to get compliments from everyone who sees it.

Throughout the project, both Tiago and Junia were fantastic partners. They explained the process clearly at the beginning, connected us with the right suppliers for fixtures, tiles, and cabinets (we love every piece), and kept the project on budget and on schedule—even when we added change orders or expanded the scope to include the bedroom floor. Every change was explained transparently, which made it easy to trust the process.

The crew members were also consistently professional and polite. They took great care in our home, and whenever they saw our kids, they always greeted them warmly. It’s a small thing, but it made the whole experience feel even more positive.

The only area where we would have appreciated a bit more was communication. While overall communication was good, my type-A side sometimes wanted more frequent updates on order statuses or delivery timelines. That said, it never impacted the outcome, and the quality of work speaks for itself.

We’ve already recommended Spring Home Improvement to family and friends, and will absolutely call them again for future projects. Tiago and Junia made what could have been a stressful renovation into a smooth, successful, and enjoyable experience. Can’t wait for our next project with them!
