Tiago and his team did an excellent job renovating my bathroom. They are timely and excellent at their work: electric, pluming, tiling, and were able to listen to what my idea were. The work with care and detail following the city’s protocols. I strongly recommend them.

We were introduced to Tiago by one of the designers at a local Kitchen and Bath store. It was a great experience working with Tiago and his team for our first major Kitchen renovation project. He was very professional and responsive from day one. He provided a fair quote based on the kitchen cabinets design and delivered on time. His entire team was courteous and great to work with. They made sure our place stayed livable throughout the project. When few issues came up during the cabinets install process, Tiago provided options and addressed those to our full satisfaction. He was open and honest for an additional scope and delivered it with a very reasonable change order. Thank you Tiago, Junia and your entire team for a great job done for renovating our kitchen!!!

We used Spring Home Improvement to redo our master bathroom, closet, and bedroom floor, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From the start, Tiago stood out from other contractors we spoke with. He came up with a creative plan that gave us more space in the bathroom without sacrificing closet space, which was a huge win.

One of the things we appreciated most was that Tiago didn’t just say “yes” to everything we asked for. Throughout the project, both Tiago and Junia were fantastic partners. They explained the process clearly at the beginning, connected us with the right suppliers for fixtures, tiles, and cabinets (we love every piece), and kept the project on budget and on schedule—even when we added change orders or expanded the scope to include the bedroom floor. Every change was explained transparently, which made it easy to trust the process.

The crew members were also consistently professional and polite. They took great care in our home, and whenever they saw our kids, they always greeted them warmly. It’s a small thing, but it made the whole experience feel even more positive.

The only area where we would have appreciated a bit more was communication. While overall communication was good, my type-A side sometimes wanted more frequent updates on order statuses or delivery timelines. That said, it never impacted the outcome, and the quality of work speaks for itself.

We’ve already recommended Spring Home Improvement to family and friends, and will absolutely call them again for future projects. Tiago and Junia made what could have been a stressful renovation into a smooth, successful, and enjoyable experience. Can’t wait for our next project with them!

We found Spring Home Improvement on the web, just looking for someone to take our basement project to the finish line. Well, Tiago and the crew exceeded expectations!!! First off, responded almost immediately to our reach out on Yelp, came to the house to see the scope of the project, had great ideas with absolutely no upsell. We got a very reasonable quote and we agreed upon a start date and low and behold, they showed up exactly when they said.

During the work, guys were timely, clean, easy to communicate with. Any changes were met with “whatever you want” attitude. It was a basement finish and the crew was way more thorough than I would have been, lol.

These past few months have been a long stressful journey dealing with water damage in my kitchen, after spending months looking for a reliable GC, my cabinet guy (Rick) from Pinnacle Kitchens, said to me I got a guy for you, he specializes in these type of situations and repair and he can help you. So he connected me with Tiago. Tiago was very professional, very responsive from the start. He came to inspect the kitchen and gave me honest opinion, honest and fair price. What I appreciate about Tiago, if you have water damage in your home you know how stressful it can be but after speaking with him it felt like a relief, he was able to reassure me that the work can be done and will be done in a timely manner, speaking with him gave me that peace of mind that i needed, so I appreciate that alot. He delivered what he promised, he kept me in the loop with the project and he always responded to my texts and answer my calls. I also appreciate the team that he works with, those guys were amazing, they are hard workers and they did a solid solid job...overall I'm very happy with the final results, I would definitely recommend him.

This was our second large home improvement project with spring home improvement. We had 2 new windows installed , two new sliding glass doors , new tile surround and wainscoting. The crew were excellent. The work was finished in quick time and looks amazing. We would highly recommend spring to anyone looking for home renovations.

Pricing for each component of the project was broken down to reasonable levels. There was open communication and we always knew what we needed to be doing, as we were responsible for getting specific materials and we knew what the schedule was from week to week. The workers were on time, skilled, polite, helpful and legitimately wanted to exceed expectations. They cleaned up the work areas every day. Spring Home Improvement completely renovated three bathrooms and moved our laundry upstairs. They knocked down the wall between the master bath and hallway bathroom to give us a much larger master suite. Their work was excellent. They listened to exactly what we wanted.
