We just completed our bathroom renovation and working with Annie was such a joy. She was very knowledgeable in every aspect of the project, assisted with every detail of it including design, fixtures, tiles, vanity and cabinet selection, shower door selection, heating floors, and all other things. Great job on her behalf!

Excellent. We looked at a Kohler tub here, to go with an order we placed at the Kitchen & Bath Gallery location near our house. Amanda Ortendahl was friendly and had a great working relationship with staff at the other location. Buying the tub was incredibly easy!

I was very impressed with the sales person I had the pleasure of working with at Supply New England in Yarmouth, MA. Her name was Isadora. She answered all of my questions and even went the distance to check on any questions that might come up. She made my experience 100% enjoyable and easy to understand mostly because she was so pleasant and knowledgeable. I will definitely return for more help with our bathroom remodel.

Amanda Ortendahl was wonderful to work with and incredibly knowledgeable of the vast portfolio of products. She took the time to get to know my style and help me make selections that fit the design aesthetic of each room. I was amazed how she captured all of the finer plumbing details and she also took the time to explain the pros and cons for key decisions to be made. By the time I got home she sent me a beautiful look book. Highly recommend her services.

I went to Supply New England's Kitchen & Bath Gallery in North Attleboro and had such an amazing experience working with Annie Fyffe. I can't say enough good things! She worked with me to select all the fixtures and sinks for my kitchen and bathrooms on a new construction home. I got there not knowing what I wanted and having a tight timeline and budget - She helped me create a look for each room that I love. She also ensured all the products I was considering were able ship on time which would have been such a challenge for me considering COVID-19 and the many delays and out of stocks it has caused. But she new her products and new the comparable alternatives, and was able to quickly adjust. She communicated every step and worked with my builder to provide all pertinent information. Annie gave me the peace-of-mind I needed to get through this stage of the build process. I would trust her on future projects and recommend to anyone.

My wife and I visited the Kitchen & Bath Gallery in mid-August. The showroom was expansive and there were many examples of all types of fixtures, but the highlight of our visit was Jennifer Ayala. Her knowledge of the inventory / options available and her suggestions were extremely helpful and the mock-ups she created were great due to the time and effort she spent on them. We had an appointment from 4:30-5pm and she stayed with us until 6pm (an hour after close!) to get all of our fixtures selected and documented in her system. The next day, she sent us an incredibly thorough and professional spec-book with pictures, estimates and all possible details. Jennifer’s customer service and dedication is rare and is very much appreciated! Thank you so much, Jennifer!

Jennifer at Kitchen and Bath was extremely helpful. She took a lot of time with us and now we have a beautiful bathroom! I highly recommend Kitchen and Bath and Jennifer!

Jennifer has been very knowledgeable and helpful. She is very responsive and efficient. My contractor told me to work with Jennifer even though I live in RI, and I am glad I was referred to her, she has been a pleasure to work with and has made my project much easier for me. We went to Kitchen and Bath Gallery in North Attleboro, Massachusetts to see if we would be able to upgrade our master bath and the vanity in our guest bath. Jennifer was our designer. She was amazing! She helped us every step of the process. She helped us find a contractor, get estimates, helped us refine and improve our ideas, and suggested materials and fixtures. She is very patient and thorough, always checking our measurements and provided us with specifications. She was conscious of quality and costs. Amanda from Kitchen and Bath Gallery in North Attleboro designed my kitchen. I could not have asked for a better partner. She was a pleasure to work with. I am so happy I decided to check here for my vanity. I was looking to replace my old vanity ( in an older home) and having trouble because it’s smaller than what is being sold now. I had been to multiple showrooms and very discouraged. Annie was great! Helped me build a simple, beautiful cabinet that was delivered on time. I definitely recommend Supply New England and ask for Annie Fyffe. She was so kind and helpful and my vanity is beautiful!

Great experience working with Annie. She was very patient as we explored design ideas. The store had a beautiful selection of faucets, cabinetry, tile and kitchen design concepts.

Annie was absolutely FANTASTIC to work with! We had to completely re-do our primary bathroom due to a leaking shower and Annie was able to help us design our dream bathroom within our budget. Her compassion, humor, and expertise with renovations were invaluable in this long, confusing, and surprising process! We can't thank her enough!

Nice selection of high end fixtures but sales staff are overzealous.

Have visited 3 times. Staff courteous and helpful. Did draft design for custom bathroom vanity and was ready to move forward. The problem lies w/the Contractor Referral Lists provided by the store. I called every contractor to do cabinet install, as well as complete my bathroom remodel, and have had poor results. Only 3 of them called me to discuss the work. 1 made appt. to visit my home and was no call/no show. 1 said he'd call me back to schedule appt to visit my home; never did. 1 came to my home and said he'd email me a quote; never did. I understand contractors are busy now, but, they still should be professional, courteous and not waste others' time. Seems like many of them are only out to serve themselves. Perhaps, K&B Gallery should reconsider who is on that list and add reliable contractors because misleading your customers and wasting our time will cause you to lose business.

My contractor recommended Kitchen & Bath Gallery for fixtures for our bath renovation. I called the N. Attleboro store and made an appointment with sales rep Dionne for the next day. Maybe it was a bad day at the showroom, but we were not impressed. When my husband and I arrived on time for the appointment, a young woman told us Dionne was on the phone and would be with us shortly. In the meantime, we walked around a rather disheveled showroom; apparently, they were working to put new displays in place. After 15 minutes of showing ourselves around and no sign of Dionne (or any other helpful person for that matter), we found her at her desk, apparently the only salesperson on site, and seemingly forgetting we had an appointment. Despite this, she was pleasant and helpful in helping us to choose the Kohler fixtures we wanted, and gave us a quote and specs to run by the contractor. We were a little confused, however, when we were told that several items were out of stock and weren’t expected for 6 weeks. In the meantime, the Kohler website had the same exact items in stock and ready to ship. Wanting to meet a deadline for the job, I ended up ordering some items from her (New England Supply) and the rest from the Kohler website. To her credit, she did apply the Kohler discount code I had and worked with us on a price for the NE Supply items. After that, other than getting instructions on how to return a couple of items, communication with her was mediocre at best, and there was no follow up as to how the job was going or if we needed anything. We love our new bath, but if we were to do it again, we would do our own research, avoid the middle man, and order everything directly from the brand website.

Walked in to look for some accessories for the bathroom and walked out after about 25 minutes walking around and not one employee asked if we needed help.

I stopped in recently there was only one woman there. She was with a client but I was there walking around and locking at vanities for 10 minutes and was never acknowledged. I now know how Julia Roberts felt in Pretty Woman. She lost my business

I purchased a faucet in December was told no returns there will be restocking fee . I picked up faucet at NE Supply warehouse got it and pieces were missing they sold me a restock item with parts missing . Then they said I had to purchase another than I’ll get credit for other one . Now there not cheap still waiting on my refund on credit card . I think they should of not charged me again just to get missing part. No happy with there service .
