Called me back in a timely manner. Same day in a few hours. Received my quote, set up appointment, came out and repaired my Gutter helmet. Were on time and professional. Very happy.. I used Moonworks for my installation.

I've been a customer for over ten years -- insulation, roof, Gutter Helmets. Quality work and great service. They stand behind their work over the long haul and have always been a joy to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone considering their services.

If I could give a zero star, I would. I went to Gutter Helmet through the Costco program and I am surprised that Costco has contracted with this company in the NE area. I signed the contract on 10/11/23.. I was promised that the work will be finished by 10/31/23. Today is 11/14 and after repeated attempts (by me and by Costco), I was able to get hold of them. Apparently I had been scheduled for this week (without properly informing me) and when I asked to cancel the contract, I was told that I couldn't cancel because I was outside of 3 day window for cancelation.
Finally, I got a call today that they "agreed" to cancel my contract. I say, its great because I could not trust them to do a good job with the installation. The sales person (Mark) tried to do his best, but the crew around him is disappointing and unprofessional.

I first used Moonworks to install Gutter Helmet on a portion of our home. It was quick, well done and painless. When we needed to replace our roof I called them again. On the day scheduled the work was completed and cleaned up by 2pm. My house isn't small. Another good job. We used them again for gutters on the remainder of the house. On a couple minor issues we have had due to trees and unusual winds, we called and the items were addressed quickly and at no charge. They have stood by their work and we have always been impressed.

Someone called me 9:20am today talking about an appointment at 9am for free estimate. I have no idea what it is but figured out some confusion could exist in our communication. I never remember an appointment is confirmed at 9am, but need to double check for it. She couldn't locate the text or email communication, then I said I don't need the free estimate unless we have an appointment, just to save everyone's time. This person called Sharon said I wasted people's time. After going through all the emails, I found: You never confirmed coming at 9 after my suggested schedule, no reply to my email. I went through my text this morning and never received any text from you. Without confirmation on an appointment, you should not expect a potential customer's availability few minutes before a schedule which is never confirmed. Improve your communication first before you gaslight a potential customer.

I selected this company about 10 years ago to install Gutter Helmet and electrify my gutters to prevent ice dams. The initial job was traffic. Over the years, I had random tree debris creep in to the gutters and create minor clogs. Each time I called, they responded quickly and professionally, cleared out the blocks, and reassembled the gutter guards, all as part of the lifetime guarantee. I would HIGHLY recommend this firm to anyone!!!

I had Gutter Helmet and quality roofing do my roof. From the time Jim Moon walked in my house to quote the job to the time his crew left they were hard working, respectful and left the property in excellent shape. The crew roofing started the job at 8am and left my property by noon the same day. Give this company a chance to quote your job. You will not be disappointed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! John Marcoux

About 22 years ago I had Gutter Helmet install their guards on a, then, new roof. Over the years I have probably had them out to clean the gutters (full pine needles from a neighbor's trees) a half dozen times...pine needles are small enough to pass through the openings on the panels, therefore a giant pain in the neck. No argument, no hesitation, no questions...they honored their warranty expediently.
Recently I had the pleasure of dealing with them again to have a new roof installed. The crew who showed up last week (June 13th) was about as hard working as it gets.
My major concern, knowing that the process was going to be very messy, was the potential damage to my flower gardens. Having a small yard, full of beautiful, blooming flowers, it could have been left a disaster. However, the owner of the company took extra care to see that everything was as protected as possible. Several ladders were placed against the house, a sheet of plywood was positioned over the ladders, and a heavy tarp then secured over the plywood. Essentially the front gardens were protected completely, and debris came sliding down from the roof without disturbing anything. Everything was quickly picked up and disposed of in the dumpster.
The yard was thoroughly cleaned, nails eliminated, and any yard decor they had to move was put back...they even put fresh water in a bird bath!
To say I'm delighted doesn't say enough.
Thank you to Jim and his talented crew for completing the job with a few bent stems the only victims. My little house is grateful...the new roof looks beautiful...and my gardens are happily doing their thing keeping me very happy.

Russ installed 40' of Gutter Helmets on each side of my house which had a very steep Gambrel Roof. Required 18" wide Gutter Helmets which he installed on my one year old Metal Roof. He did a great job! A patient individual and took pride in his work. He had to work from a ladder and step ladder. A lot of up and down. Will be anxious to see how they perform! Have had lots of small leaves, and stems from a Honey Locus Tree, and pine needles from a nearby Pine tree over the years. Hope I never need to get up on a ladder again!
