Contractor reviews in North Billerica, Massachusetts

I contacted Marvel Air Duct Cleaning & Dryer Vent Cleaning Services Of MA after reading positive reviews about their dryer vent services and air duct cleaning. Technician Matthew Taylor arrived promptly and started with a detailed air duct inspection and dryer vent inspection. He showed me the buildup of dust and moisture inside the vents and explained how it could eventually lead to mold. Their professional vent cleaners recommended an ac cleaning service, along with mold cleaning and mold removal to prevent health issues. The team worked efficiently and completed the entire process the same day. The improvement in airflow and air quality was immediate. They also clarified that my business is not for drying clothes and clothes taking longer to dry was unrelated to the system. I’m extremely satisfied with Marvel Air Duct Cleaning & Dryer Vent Cleaning Services Of MA professionalism and highly recommend their mold remediation services and vent maintenance.

Marvel Air Duct Cleaning & Dryer Vent Cleaning Services Of MA deserves this review, even though I don't often write them. In addition to cleaning our gas fireplace and chimney, they also helped with little roofing repairs, air duct cleaning, dryer vent clearance, attic insulation upgrades, and even a covert pest control treatment around the garage. Each professional was courteous, well-trained, and focused on their task. They were considerate of our time and left our house in a better state than when they arrived. It was amazing how well their teams coordinated. This is the hallmark of genuine professionalism. You won't regret making the reservation.

We had a great experience with Marvel Air Duct Cleaning & Dryer Vent Cleaning Services Of MA. Jake was our technician and he was great in air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning services. There was a misunderstanding early on about the service, but Jake was very professional in inspection and called his boss and we got it all squared away. He was very meticulous and even cleaned our furnace blower fan and evaporator coils in addition to the duct cleaning, which required him some time as he had to take part of the furnace apart. He didn’t charge us extra for this. He also found a small tear in one of our ducts. I highly recommend Marvel Air Duct Cleaning & Dryer Vent Cleaning Services Of MA

Marvel Air Duct Cleaning & Dryer Vent Cleaning Services Of MA provided excellent service. Halfway through, Anderson showed me pictures from the dryer vent inspection and pointed out how dangerous the buildup had become. He completed the dryer vent repair immediately and then did a detailed dryer vent cleaning, restoring full airflow. He suggested future air duct cleaning as well, which I plan to schedule. I’m also glad they offer wood stove cleaning. Very reliable company with great customer care.
