I would highly recommend MAC HVAC. We called just this morning and within a couple of hours Justin was here, worked non stop for a few hours, and fixed our condenser. He was kind, professional, and a joy to work with.

Today Kevin serviced my AC unit. Very pleasant young man. MAC HVAC does a great job. I highly recommend them.

Danilo did a great job diagnosing our issues with a very complicated system. He was persistent, thorough and knowledgeable and polite on top of it all. Would definitely recommend.

MAC HVAC gets two thumbs way up from this guy!!!! They showed up when they said they would. Continued to show up every day until they were finished. They were extremely concerned about keeping our house clean and most importantly our new AC system work awesome!!!! Not a trace of anything was left behind, except our dog misses seeing the crew.

Danilo from MAC HVAC came over today. I had an upstairs AC unit stop 48 hours ago. Urgently, the day before, a friend came over with an AC person, and got the unit started, so when Danilo arrived, the emergency was over. He examined the affected unit and found the cause - mice had gnawed at wiring. He cleaned that out. He looked at the other functional unit and also found evidence of a mouse. He was honest, knowledgeable and I trusted him. His philosophy was "since it's still working after 22 years, why replace it." I liked that he wasn't trying to upsell me. He told me it was likely that it would go in the near future, but that would be the time to replace it. He examined the unit in the basement, and actually found a new small leak of the condensation pump, which wasn't there yesterday, and promptly fixed it. He went to the attic, and looked at the unit and said that some parts could be replaced and that since it was still working, no need to replace. Bottom line: trustworthy, knowledgeable, polite (wore booties when he walked into the house). I will have him service my units now until the time comes for replacement. I HIGHLY recommend Danilo and MAC HVAC. BTW, the service charge was a bargain at $99, given that he cleaned some things, fixed something, and informed me of current and future issues. DANILO did an outstanding job in working with our cooling system. He worked diligently to diagnose the problem and fix our air conditioner. He was very knowledgeable and extremely patient when explaining the details of our system to us. DANILO is professional and remarkably thorough in his work. We are very impressed with MAC HVAC and their exceptional team.

I was going through some leaking in our AC unit for a month now. I called up the other company and guy just filed with more refrigerant with little inspection. I called MAC today for leaking problem again and Danilo came by. Danilo did awesome work inspecting the entire unit and found the leak. Danilo also checked and fixed other minor stuffs. He really took care the job the best.

Called at 7 pm at night and got a call back within 20 minutes. They set up a time the next day for 7:15 am. Danilo arrived on time and was exceptionally professional, curteous, and well informative about our AC unit. Got it running and gave us some important tips regarding maintaining our system. Overall, a very good experience.

I found MAC HVAC from the Mitsubishi Diamond Preferred network while searching for a local company to provide a deep cleaning for a rental unit with 4 heads. The 2-man team was on time, respectful of keeping a "light footprint" in a rented unit during COVID, and leaving the place as clean or cleaner than they found it as part of their wrap up. I appreciated the fact they sought to understand my needs/requirements prior to scheduling the service, and showed up with the right people/equipment to get the job done, which was a very different experience I recently had with another provider in the area. I highly recommend MAC HVAC for Mitsubishi mini-split installs and maintenance, as well as their other areas of expertise!

We had them come and install a new ductless AC unit this past Monday and we are very pleased! Mark and his team were on time and made sure everything was working and running smoothly for us before they left. I highly recommend this company for any HVAC needs you have! You will not be disappointed!

So I'll say this: the product is the product, it's a Mitsubishi mini-split which you can get anywhere - it's who installs it that matters. To me, it's MAC HVAC. If you're looking for responsiveness, honesty, and the highest quality work possible you don't need to do any research - just hire MAC HVAC. You're process is simple: contact them and you'll hear back within hours, not days. You'll have a free visit to talk options maybe even the next day. You'll receive your quote within the week, and in my case, have the full installation done a couple days after that. You're talking 1.5 weeks from the first inquiry to installation. On top of that, their work is incredibly clean and professionally done. They'll even talk you through every feature of your product when they're done. GO MAC HVAC. Thank you!

My heater stopped overnight during a particularly cold winter night. I called MAC HVAC and had a tech respond within minutes of completing the phone call. Within four hours, Danilo the tech went above and beyond in cleaning my heater unit and sharing his findings with me. It turns out my unit was clogged with leaves from the fall and that the heater had shut off. Danilo showed me how to clean the unit to avoid safety shut offs in the future and thoroughly cleaned the unit. Can't recommend the service enough. Danilo also stressed the importance of CO monitors and urged me to purchase and install one.

I called MAC HVAC to see if I could get someone scheduled to come look at my central AC unit. It was working but with one zone, the upstairs was hotter than I like. There was a 4 or 5 degree difference so I thought maybe it needed a charge. They called me right back and their Technician Danilo was there within 90 minutes. Danilo thoroughly checked my system and thought that the biggest issue is that there is only one zone for two floors and it is a big house. Danilo called the office and Mark came out shortly thereafter. They looked at my ducting and determined we had separate trunks for each floor. We discussed options and Mark put together a plan to install some zone devices and install an additional thermostat upstairs. Great plan and very reasonable price! Installing later this week. Service was prompt, Danilo was fantastic and so was Mark. I will update later this week when the work is done.

We used MAC HVAC services twice - last summer to diagnose and repair our 14 years old AC system, and, recently, to replace it with the new one. Both times: quick response, very honest and professional service, reasonable prices. When it was time to replace our old AC, Mark provided detailed recommendations with different options and was very thorough explaining them and answering questions. I would highly recommend them!
