Molly Maid has a number of quality teams and I see first hand their excellent process for training new personnel. Danielle and Holly are my typical team and they are wonderful. Danielle always does a superb job cleaning out my fridge, I know, awesome right?

We use Molly Maid of Chelmsford regularly, and recently increased our frequency of cleanings because they've truly made our home cleaner and our lives easier! They make quick work of cleaning our 3-bedroom home, and making adjustments to our cleaning schedule is easy via text or email. The cleaners and staff are incredibly friendly. Pauline and Guerlande from Molly Maid did a spectacular job cleaning my in-law apartment today. They cleaned everything from top to bottom. I am grateful for all of their hard work. Five star💥 effort.

I never had maid services before and didn't know what to expect. My house has 2 young boys and a 75lb dog, with 2 full-time working parents. The house started to get dirty and was difficult to keep up. Molly Maid company went beyond my expectations! Stains on doors I wasn't able to get out and was going to paint over, they were able to remove. They cleaned everything, including window sills, and even the boys were happily surprise how nicely their beds were made. They even follow up just incase something wasn't as expected, however I had no complaints.

Thank you Team #9 (Yorkin and Carmen) for the wonderful cleaning job! I'll definitely be using Molly Maid again.

I recently have been using team 1, Danielle and Anna, for my home cleaning. They do exceptional work, five stars for sure! Their attention to detail and extra effort make me very satisfied and they deserve some recognition and high praise. Molly Maid seems like it is set up to acquire a lot of new business but is less capable of delivering a high standard of service to existing customers.

I initially gave them a 5 star review because the first cleaning team I had requested that I give them a 5 star rating so they could win an internal contest. And to be fair, the first team Molly Maid sent were incredibly thorough and skilled cleaners. Communication was great throughout about when they would arrive, what they would do, and special areas of attention that my home needed. However, I think I have see that team exactly once more since the spring of '23. I just include this note as a suggestion that not all these five star reviews may be based on extensive experience with the company.

Since then, service has been much less consistent. My point of contact with the company has changed twice in the last year, and communication borders on nonexistent. They will tell you what day they are showing up, but do not give you a time unless you specifically request one. Even then, they sometimes struggle to stay on schedule, occasionally running almost two hours late.

If they are overbooked, that might explain why the quality of the job they do is so variable. They have rarely come close to hitting the standard of that first session, and despite the fact that they come weekly, I can see cobwebs forming in several places in my home and visible evidence they are not cleaning or vacuuming in any hard-to-reach places. I am not much of a stickler for this stuff, but at the same time I don't think it's asking too much for cleaners to use vacuum attachments to clean between cushions or clean up inside cabinets.

To be fair, having used a number of cleaning services, Molly Maid is no worse than many others. This is a familiar arc: cleaners strive to make a good first impression, then they start trying to save time so they can serve more clients or maintain a difficult schedule. Molly Maid is easier to work with than a lot of other companies, and will try and accommodate requests and respond to complaints. If they consistently did better work, or were better about communicating around scheduling and following-up about quality of work, they'd be a good cleaning company and not merely a slightly more convenient one.

Great cleaning service! They always do a superb job. On the few occasions I needed to talk to management about doing something differently, they were always kind and amenable. And the staff carried out the request without complaint. I highly recommend their services! Rose and Alicia from team 6 are friendly and do a fantastic, thorough job. I would recommend them to anyone and I do often, as a local Realtor!

Team 1 of Danielle and Ana always does an amazing job. Not only do they clean thoroughly and do so around me and our dogs as I work from home, but they do so many little things that are appreciated and not expected from a cleaning crew; the way they fold towels that are on a rack, clean up my kids toys and arrange them in cute ways, etc.

They are super friendly, let me do my thing while working and as always do a fantastic job!

Dara and Maria were amazing - very professional, diligent, hard workers and always wore masks - we were so happy with the cleaning. And my daughter got a kick out of saying hi to the ladies, they were so nice and we felt totally comfortable having them in our home.

Editing to add they’ve now helped us for nearly a year, through a new baby addition and much more. We are so appreciative for their ongoing help and great work!

I love Molly Maid of Chelmsford. Everyone that I have dealt with there are so friendly and so nice, Gina, Kathy and my sweet Team 3. I love our Team, they have become like friends and are very special. On the days that I have been home to greet them, they are always smiling but yet ready to get right to work and what a great job they do! One morning I said I was sorry that I had not gotten to empty the baskets and my Team said, "no, no' that is our job and you don't have to change your sheets either, we will do that for you. Just come home and enjoy your weekend"! I LOVE THEM and she was right, It is so nice to come home from work and know that they have done a fabulous job and all I have to do is enjoy! I absolutely have no complaints regarding Team 3 or Molly Maid. They work hard and I appreciate that so much. I love that we can have the same Team every time, I think that is very important for both the client and the Team. I am so very happy that I found Molly Maid and I recommend them highly!!

I hired Molly Maid years ago to clean my mom‘s house and as she’s gotten older, it has definitely been a benefit. They are on time. They don’t take shortcuts. They are pleasant. They are courteous my mom‘s home is left spotless and they treat my mom with such respect and care. The cost is appropriate and fair. Molly Maid’s is excellent.

I love my Team 5 ladies from Molly Maid, Dora and Marie are the best!!! They are super sweet, thorough, and love on my needy dog as she wanders around with them. They are kind and sweet to my kids when they are home, and they do an awesome job! The in house ladies are awesome. Only feedback would be that return communication could be a bit better, even though they always do what I emailed or texted about! Just let me know you got the text. Other than that - flawless!

I have been using this service for years. The teams are consistently professional in their care of my household and the company is attentive to making sure I am always happy with the service. Lupe recently joined back up with Danielle - the team having worked at my house from the beginning. They are exceptional. I would definitely recommend them as a team and Molly Maid as a service provider.
