A job well done!
KAPS construction repaired and installed two new decks on my mom's manufactured home in a 55+ community. Patricio and his crew did a rock solid job with their carpentry skills! I would highly recommend and use them again. Thank you for a job well done!

We hired Kaps to install siding on the house and some interior work in the basement. The old drop ceiling and floor tiles from 60's in the basement were removed and replaced. They did an amazing job. Everything looks wonderful. It was refreshing to find that they cleaned up at the end of each day and at the end of the job everything was picked up and looked great. We even had a shed that we had given up on, but they brought it back to life by residing it and adding custom-built new doors, so it matches the house beautifully. The siding makes the house look brand new. We are so happy with the finished look. They really care about making sure that you are happy and satisfied with all the work performed. We highly recommend them and look forward to doing future business with them in the fall with more interior work.

We recently hired Kaps Construction after a flooding incident in the house and I can’t speak enough good things about them. They not only did an amazing quality job, they got everything done within the scheduled time of three weeks. Chiko was very responsive throughout the process, he kept us sending pictures, videos, and updates daily. He is amicable, and professional. His sub contractors are also extremely nice to work with. We have already recommended them to our friends and will hire them again.

The experience was flawless from start to finish. Originally quoted as a demolition and new construction, Patricio had to pivot to a remodel of an existing building with major tree/storm damage. He and his team took on the challenge and delivered great results with quality workmanship that was completed on time and on budget, and always ending each work day with a clean job site! I would highly recommend Kaps Construction!

Kaps partnered with us to renovate our basement & nursery for our growing family. They were great to work with and open to any adjustments along the way. Lucky to have found them to partner with and will certainly look to them for any projects in the future!

I used KAPS Construction for the repair of two decks. They were extremely professional and did what they said. There were no surprises. The included me in the decision making when required. The quality of work was exceptional. They even came by and walked me through the work after I paid them. Trustworthy. I also had them repair some concrete work around the base of the foundation. The work was more than I expected in terms of look. Good value for money.

Our experience with Kaps Construction was extremely positive. Their responsiveness is something I have not experienced with any other contractor. We quickly had an estimate and as soon as we were ready to move forward, materials were ordered and our work was scheduled. Patricio and his team did an excellent job. The team showed up on time every day, was polite, and worked efficiently. Most importantly, our house looks great!

We hired Kaps Construction to install a half bath, closet and two new ceilings in our 100 year old house. We got estimates from three contractors and Kaps was the most reasonable. Being a retired facility manager, I worked with the Kaps team and I was very pleased with their finished renovations. They kept to the schedule we agreed upon in the contract. His staff did top quality work, they were professional, and always cleaned up at the end of the day. They aim to please the client and went out of their way on my recommendations. I hired Kaps Construction for a deck remodeling and exterior trim repair project. From start to finish, their responsiveness was outstanding, as was the quality of their work. When Fabricio said when and what time he was going to be on site, he was there. His crew worked efficiently and ensured all construction debris was removed. The end result is that the deck and exterior trim replacement look great! I highly recommend Kaps Construction and would not hesitate to work with them again!

KAPS and Patricio did a major project for us to finish out an extra large basement. We had partially finished it during construction a few yrs back and this was a tear down on the partial finished piece and redo the basement. The project was very successful and we are thrilled with final finish. Our kids love it and there is plenty of space. We added a gym, kids playroom, library, entertainment space, kitchenette, and storage areas. The work was very carefully done to our specifications, Patricio provided good recommendations and adjustments ans they progressed and they brought a variety of trades that performed a high quality job. We live in a town where inspectors are tough but even the inspectors said beautiful work! You need to patient as we did run into delays from cabinets suppliers and stone suppliers but good quality takes time. Great work by the team and we definitely hire them again for our next project.

Kaps recently completed a deck and stair remodel and my family couldn’t be more thrilled. They communicated well, were courteous, answered questions, cleaned up each day, and did top notch work. We will definitely use them again!

All I can say is WOW! We have worked with several construction companies over the years but I must say Patricio and his team at Kaps are the BEST! From the day they first arrived to discuss the job, everything about them said professional. We reviewed all the parameters of our new deck including costs, material options, time frames, etc. Patricio went over all our options, explained the process and presented a fair quote within a day or two. After meeting with several other contractors, we felt most confident choosing Kaps. And we are so happy we did! The 20’ x 20’ deck came out fantastic – way better than expected. His workman were skilled in their craft, cleaned up after themselves each day and always welcomed any questions I may ask. Communication was always great, especially with their all-star executive assistant Adrieli, who always promptly provided updates and quick responses. Patricio and his team did everything they promised to do and more and I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Kaps Construction were very professional and did a great job installing 3 windows in our basements and replacing the bay window trim.

KAPS did a fantastic job to fix some exterior trim issues. Was great to be able to find a good local business and more importantly Patrick was a pleasure to work with. The team arrived on time and swiftly delivered on their commitments and was very professional thru and thru. I strongly recommend KAPS!!

We recently just hired them to do a 12 x 20 composite deck for us. They demoed the old existing deck and installed the new one and did an amazing job! They were fairly priced, and they were very easy to work with and was very informative throughout the entire job. I would definitely recommend using them for projects on your house. I will be using them for more in the future.
