We hired Kaps to replace our 30 year old deck that was no longer safe. To say we made the right decision is an understatement. Patricio and Adrieli were a pleasure to work with. Very friendly and responsive. As can be seen in the photos our new deck is everything we hoped for and more. Patricio is very skilled and extremely creative. He really brought our ideas to life and made a number of innovative suggestions that we incorporated. Finally in today's economy price is critical. Their project estimate was very competitive and within our budget. We highly recommend Kaps.

We cannot say enough good things about Kaps and Patricio! Our basement flooded in 2022 and it’s been a long road in getting it refinished. The Kaps team/Patricio were the perfect company to help us bring our vision to life. They are responsive, professional, communicative, and create a beautiful product. They were ahead of schedule and on budget (something I never thought would happen with this type of project). Compared to the other quotes we got Kaps is very fair and competitive in our area. KAPS did a fantastic job on our outside renovation. Our previous patio was rotting and falling apart, and the stairs to our basement were caving in, along with our basement flooding due to flash rain draining towards our basement door. Our previous front walkway was uneven and bumpy due to where it had settled over time.

KAPS came in and devised a well-thought out plan for a reasonable price. The communication with Patrick and Adrieli was prompt. The backyard was renovated with a new patio and deck, the walkway updated, and a plan set for the landscaping. The high-quality work was done in a timely manner by extremely helpful individuals. Small problems were addressed quickly and improved.

We could not be happier with how the project turned out. You can tell they used quality products, and it was done by experts. The backyard and walkway look revamped and beautiful. The landscaping, plants, and trees (although put in in the fall - so we don't know exactly how everything will bloom) looks amazing.

We couldn't recommend them enough, and definitely will be using them in the future for our other house projects.

My experience with this construction company has been absolutely terrible and I regret ever hiring them They made big promises in the beginning about quality work fair pricing and finishing the job on time but none of that actually happened The project was delayed again and again with very little explanation and when the workers did show up they seemed disorganized and unprofessional The workmanship was below standard with crooked walls uneven flooring and poorly done finishing that looked rushed and careless I provided clear instructions and even supplied higher grade materials but they cut corners everywhere and acted like it didn’t matter Communication was another nightmare because they would ignore my calls or give vague excuses instead of fixing the problems After months of stress and wasted money I ended up hiring another company to redo much of the work which cost me even more in the end This company lacks honesty accountability and basic professionalism I would strongly warn anyone thinking of hiring them to look elsewhere because the headaches and disappointment are just not worth it.
