We recently just hired them to do a 12 x 20 composite deck for us. They demoed the old existing deck and installed the new one and did an amazing job! They were fairly priced, and they were very easy to work with and was very informative throughout the entire job. I would definitely recommend using them for projects on your house. I will be using them for more in the future.

Quoting process was easy. Staff in office are excellent communicators, I knew when crew was coming to work on project...when dumpster was going to be dropped-off and picked up. The porch was constructed in 1969. I undertook repairs on the walls, installed heating, added new windows, and replaced the flooring. It turned out precisely as I envisioned. All the workers involved were highly skilled and exhibited great respect.

I hired Kaps Construction to replace 15 windows and 3 doors at my house while we were gone during the holidays, came back home after 1 week and everything was replaced already, my house was cleaner than before we left, they did a phenomenal job and the owner was very polite and professional, i’ll recommend Kaps to all of my friends and family.

Over the years, I have referred Kaps Construction /Tiko to my clients and friends for any work that they needed (roofs, framing, kitchen, exterior work, bathroom, and more…). Finding people to do quality work can be difficult, but once you use Tiko you won’t use anyone else. No complaints, only great things to say.
